Google Analytics is basic and it should be the first analytical asset in your portfolio. If you would like to see only summary statistics and numbers, Google Analytics is exactly what you need. You are able to see numbers of sessions, visits, views of site and sources from which your website traffic came. Moreover, you are able to setup event tracking and see for example, how your button performs, or how people are downloading your PDF document.It has many functions and features - my favorite is Enhanced E-commerce. Thanks to this feature, you are able to measure how well your e-shop perform - what are people buying, how many conversion/transactions day did and what are your revenues. It's very useful for every e-shop. Than possibility of event tracking and goals, the set-up is a big plus. Another pro is, that Google Analytics is commonly used - so you will find many guidebooks and how-to manuals. And in the end - it's free.

We're satisfied with Google Analytics and all the data it brings us within clicks. We love it that it has real time tracking as well! we love paring it with Google Data Studio for client presentation or team meeting! Awesome product and is a ease to use!It tracked and analyzed most of the information and data we needed for our websites (which are all used for different purposes: media outlets, ecommerce...) It's super useful for us to learn our audience and their behavior and from their we could increase our traffic, we even linked and used some small trick to get it analyze all different sources our traffics are coming from. It's especially helpful for our ecommerce store when we could track which products customers are spending time the most on before buying in order to improve our marketing and thus increase our sales and profits. 100% recommend!
