PowerBI, is very powerful and has a big community who's will help you if you have a question or a problem. Also, the learning curve is not steep.

The only problem, I've found was that you can only program 8 updates a day to the data model.

Moreover,  it's very simple to create charts and diagrams from the data to generate nice presentations / reports. By the way you have a nice integration with Python/R notebooks.

The other platform we use is Metabase which is great for our Customer Care team because it does a lot of (if not all) of the heavy lifting for SQL queries.
