Their operations support team is quick to respond, eager to help, and ambitious with their goals of keeping their customers happy.
It's difficult to find out how to get started with building data sheets, but the worst part of the product. Customer support is utterly useless.
It's the best product ever for managing any PPC activity. My former boss introduced me to this amazing product and I couldn't be more grateful.
Amateurish front-end, queries that fail without any alert, incompatible metrics, a general pain to use.
Very easy to use, with multiple connectors and other features like scheduling, saving queries, etc. What I most like is the range of connects they have that differ from smaller competitors.
Sometimes the connection fails and I have to reconnect which is annoying.
Great google sheets capability and ultimately one of the fastest solutions in market if you can get around some of the usability challenges.
Trust - treating me as someone trying to cheat the company when in fact we paid in error due to unclear billing portal (experiences shared by many customers just look at their facebook page).
It's an amazing time saver and connects with the majority of our platforms.
Problems with licenses and no way to easily solve this. The guide they give is incomplete.
Don't need to do any development, love to use products' API in google sheets. Also automation is another good point which saves time.
Pricing could be lower considering the no-touch service they provide. Hard to justify the cost relative to the service offered.

I have been using Grow for a few months now and have been very pleased with the results. The platform is easy to use and provides comprehensive data insights that help me make well-informed decisions.
Certain fields will pull in errors when refreshed. Specifically timestamped dates which mess with filtering.
The support is always super fast and helpful and they are happy if you tell them which features you'd love to have in the future.
Sometimes text widgets will just "disappear" after I have dragged them onto the canvas. I haven't been able to establish a pattern, but it's kind of inconvenient when it happens.
They add useful features on a regular basis and have an amazing support team that is quick to help with any issues that arise.
This may already exist and I am unaware of it.
The customer support is very helpful, and they will not only help you solve your problem, but advise on best practices - helping you learn how to work better in the software.
Have heard its limited but have not come across that for my usage.
If you’re going for a platform that can be easily scaled at a palatable price and don’t have substantial teams of coding experts, Grow is the perfect sweet spot for your organization.
Great experience, I use it everyday and it gets the job done on time and looks amazing.
I am able to track data in real time and I am obsessed with numbers, I love that it updates and integrates with the databases I use.
At the same time, they were working to improve the software so that I could easily do what I wanted in the future without the extra help.
Grow was a perfect solution to all of these challenges. Their transformation “apps” within their builder allow users with limited SQL knowledge to apply all manipulations needed to datasets.
I love how easy it is to make a no nonsense graph that anyone in your organization can understand also is great for managing large data sets and compacting them to a palatable field.
This is perfect for all API connections and platforms.
I've liked grow, it was easy to learn and continues to be easy to use.
The UI is smooth and easy to follow, and the customer support will help right away if there are ever any issues.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.

Tableau connector is really the top pick for me among the new features added. Knowledge base is good and the support team has been excellent in their quick response time and resolution time.
Although we receive notifications of individual errors on download sources - we didn't seem to receive notification when we had brief but complete outage on data.
Simplicity for data integration, up to 2 hours data freshness, awesome support, reliability of software.
No standard connections to have sql databases (mysql, postgres, ms sql,...) as a data source, so focus on marketing data only.
Besides what this tool does which is a great value addition, I like the way the tool has been designed with each component fitting logically and complementary to each other.
Integrations to media and data sources work like a charm, and with custom dimensions and metrics it's easy to visualise pretty much any special KPI you might have.
Great combination of customisability and ease of use.

Funnel.io is a fantastic tool for getting third party marketing data into our internal systems.
Overall it has been fantastic to use Funnel and leave the load of the data collection to it and have ample analysis time for data.
The tool has been regularly updated to make it more user friendly and adding more connectors and features depending on the current trend.
Overall a very useful tool which has easily paid for itself in reduced manual data handling - flexible on data integration and reasonable functionality for reporting on process.

Overnight response rate is very frustrating when you are trying to get the product up and running. I've complained about this, and was told my only option is to spend more money.
Help and articles are good, so you can find your way around well. The price is competitive and delivers good value compared to alternatives.
Is a bit limited in terms of putting multiple questions on a single screen (or at least struggled to get more than 3 scalar questions on one screen).
