Enact® is the statistical process control (SPC)-based quality platform selected by Frost & Sullivan for Product Leadership. The software is designed for manufacturers of any size across all industry sectors, and centralizes and standardizes quality data, giving users a unified view of process quality.

Enact supports manual, semi-automated, and fully-automated data collection, with a range of integrations with plant data sources. Data collections and summaries are prioritized for users, with data collections and data streams requiring attention automatically highlighted. Process models and part recipes allow users to visualize, manage, and standardize manufacturing operations, with the ability to share models between sites. Notifications are targeted to users based on their role and responsibilities, alerting users to process and quality issues relevant to their role.

Enact allows users to visualize quality data with customizable tiles and dashboards, and a range of analytics including traditional control charts, and multi-level Pareto or Box and Whisker plots. Standardized dashboards can be created to provide consistent information across the business. Users can also filter data charts and dashboards to display specific areas of interest, locate the most severe quality issues, or to tailor displays to specific user roles. With Enact, access permissions can be defined on a per-user basis, ensuring that each user can only view data and functions they are authorized to access.
