PowerBI, is very powerful and has a big community who's will help you if you have a question or a problem. Also, the learning curve is not steep.

The only problem, I've found was that you can only program 8 updates a day to the data model.

This is usually very informative especially to the senior management when creating dashboard and data summaries. For example, Its specifically important in monitoring budget and expenditure data.

It can integrate with Excel which means one can work on raw data parallelly with the BI visualizations. Power BI has a very interactive community and that takes care of the support issue.
