We have not found a single thing that we dont like about it yet. and the customer support is like having a member of our inhouse team there at scrapedo!! I cant say enough good things about it.

Ease of use, and best customer service.
It'd be a game-changer if we could wait for some element (by CSS/XPATH) to appear in the render function before returning.

Excellent. I've never had an issue that they did not answer and it works every single time i've tried it.
Its super reliable and helpful. Almost always works and has support 24/7 They have never left any of my questions unanswered and always have the best people willing and trying to help.
At first might be a bit tricky to use but once you get the hang of it, its as smooth as silk. And also they have a very rich knowledge base that helps with that learning curve
