Pros

Sisense support is super helpful and extremely responsive. I fell like whenever I have a problem, it is being resolved quicker than I expect.
The support is outstanding and the account managers are always there making sure your experience is successful.
My Org has huge volume of data and easy and quick analysis on this huge data set made super easy by Sisense. Great Visualizations as well and amazing Tech-Support.

Pros

The visualizations are amazing. This paired with the ability to see them on your phone in real time make this a really powerful tool to communicate with non data folk.
So, its amazing that we have a software that can track our safety and all the other data that we keep track.
This thing is fantastic! imports information from my other programs to generate reports with ease and at a moments notice. Allows me to accurately monitor multiple aspects of my efforts.

Cons

The error message in the elasticube are sometimes a little weird.
Difficult to understand the error messages. You need Sisense Support Team's at all times.
Some basic formatting options are missing that makes export to PDF a pain, no option to export to PDF. Some Java related stability issues and the function set has much room for improvement.

Cons

It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.
Basic functionality was confusing. As an example, why did you need to go to another screen to sort columns.

Sisense

The best full stack BI solution on the market

100's of thousands in cost savings from automation and resource redundancies.

Pros

Quick to deploy, easy to use, and you can manage both the front end and the back end from a web portal. No more vpn into a server somewhere! We throw millions of rows of data at Sisense and it still keeps working like a champ! Having tried Domo, Tableau and others in the past Sisense was the first real full stack solution that got us out of our data issues and into a centralized source of truth with reporting. We have effectively saved 100's of thousands of dollars each year in automation and efficiencies alone!

Cons

Would love to see more widgets and customization options in the future. Some of the administrative features could be more robust as well.

    SiSense is a clear winner in a cluttered field of BI and data analysis tools

    We spent about 6 weeks analyzing and trialing various BI tools. Qlikview, tableau, Tibco, Birst, Domo .. I could go on. SiSense blew us away in all aspects. It is so far ahead of competing software platforms in nearly every way. Their pricing model is straight forward and simple to understand (the same could not be said for Qlikview especially - who try to sell via resellers). But most importantnly...

    Advanced Product Capable of Running Big or Small. Quickly Scalable. Fast.

    I had first introduced SiSense to a Midwest business in Ohio. It is a nice sized firm focused on Revenue Cycle Management for Radiology Practices across all 50 States in desperate need of modernizing both the look and feel of their current set-up, as well as the functionality. While knowing reporting upgrades were necessary, I knew that whatever the choice, I needed to be absolutely precise when replacing...
