Pros

The Workiva product development team is interested in and responsive to customer feedback, which continues to make their applications better and better.
Overall, I am satisfied with Wdesk functionality, it is user friendly, the link is awesome, and great customer service. Someone is always there to help whenever we need immediate assistance.
I am really satisfied with Wdesk and I continue to be impressed with the functionality, ease of use and increased productivity created by this product.

Pros

We enjoy the ease of use, organization, ability to customize existing fields. We also love the customer support we've been provided to ensure we're fully utilize AB.
All user feedback has been overwhelmingly positive - super easy to use and very intuitive. Implementation went very smoothly and customer support has been very helpful.
The dashboard is clear/simple and helpful, the user-friendliness is excellent and the integration across the Audit, SoxHub and Risk Management modules is very good to have.

Cons

Another issue is the lack of a drag-and-drop feature.
There is no workflow that enables a control/narrative to flow through for updating and review that is not manual.
Workiva allows you to link artifacts(attachments), but it often opens up on another tab instead of within your own tab. This makes it difficult to open several tabs.

Cons

No on-premise option, and some feature upgrades have caused minor disruptions.
When we first adopted Risk Oversight , we lost some functionality we had with our former risk assessments. The AuditBoard engineering team has since worked with us to improve this though.
AuditBoard become audit's system of record, the workflow capability makes it well-integrated for risks and controls.
