It's the best out there for this price and the customer service is excellent and extremely prompt.

The downside to this program is that it is web-based. Prior to every session, my nerves grow a bit, worried what I'll do if the internet drops out.

Perfect for those who have a hard time visualizing. The customer service, and educational materials are unmatched and have earned great brand loyalty from me and so many others.

I like the ability to have products imported from the vendors that I work with and rooms already in the software so that I can easily present solutions for my clients.

Letting a client visualize on their own walls is priceless. A huge benefit to increasing profits.

I do sales at clients homes and it’s a hassle to always need wifi. I can tether to my cell phone but if there’s bad reception then I need to rely on my client’s internet connection.

Almost too many options, if that can be a problem.

The inability to add all of my lab's products easily.

Overall, Swift has helped me with my in person sales.
