Pros

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
It endorses team collaboration and improves teamwork. It's cost-effective and I find it to be far way more affordable than some competitors.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.

Pros

Hubspot is easy to use and has a robust support/helpdesk - always ready and happy to help with any queries.
The best tool for a greater workflow, you can do everything you need to give the best elements for your clients.
This is an amazing tool to have, especially since we are a tech company trying to give our customers the opportunity to learn about our platform and troubleshoot through issues themselves.

Cons

Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.

Cons

There can be many layers to get through, and the lack of tags makes it hard to track.
In our case, a multi-language Knowledge Base is missing to make the KB more complete.
You can't see if another team member is in the ticket. If the customer replies back to an closed to ticket it doesn't reopen so we miss emails unless we are double checking our notifications.

Bitrix provides a decent customizable hub for digital offices

It's a good hub for a remote work

Pros

I love how self contained it is. Each client can get their own workgroup with folder repository, tasking system, message board.

Cons

Their customer support is based out of Russia, and the time difference can make it difficult to communicate. I have also run into a lot of issues with dates in exported task reports don't match what is actually showing in the system (they will be off by a day because of some time zone setting that I can't figure out).

Not very user friendly

Some of our clients don't like Hubspot, or find it too expensive. They usually go for Bitrix or Zoho CRM. Bitrix is good, but adds too much overhead for us and additional stress.

Pros

I liked that it had a lot of features to offer. We considered this product for a client of ours after they brought it to our attention. Doing integrations was painful as a lot of bugs happened in this system

Cons

It's very user-friendly, but the design made it difficult for our client's employees to work on it and we had to bring in a Bitrix expert to do continuous training for them.

Best Free CRM On The Market

I've tested a bunch of 'free' CRM options and found that only two (Bitrix24 and Hubspot) are really free. All others (Zoho, Insightly) severely limit their free versions. The number of features you get in Bitrix24 is truly astounding.

Pros

I love that the free version includes everything - telephony, email marketing, quotes, invoices, web forms, tasks projects and documents

Cons

All features are bundled together. There's no way to get CRM or project management separately.

Bitrix24 is Awful and the service is Atrocious

I paid over $3,00o dollars for Bitrix24's on premise platform. I walked away after 1 year. It is awful and the service is worse than the software. It was nothing like what was presented to me.

Pros

The only thing I liked about Bitrix24 was the Knowledge Base component. It doesn't seem to integrate well with anything, and it is a jumbled mess.

Cons

It is disjointed and primitive, and customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.

Full featured CRM software

I have been a google apps user for a while now and was very surprised to find out how CRM software has overtaken the simple google apps platform. I read about Bitrix24 and decided to try it for my new business. Have been amazed at the functionality offered and the way this functions as both an intranet and a CRM & project management solution. The only thing I wish they did better was customer service - it is web driven and you cant call a number

Pros

Full featured, incredible integration, true intranet portal with coordination, project planning and CRM platforms working seamlessly. Love the desktop app on my mac.

Cons

Customer service is over the web and there is no phone number to call. This can be better.

Difficult to deal with problems

Pros

We used Bitrix24 1.5 years. The service is well suited for managing business processes and tasks, and you can also store documents and photos on its server. But the minuses still overshadowed the pros, and we switched to another service.

Cons

Technical support works only from 9 to 18 and only on weekdays. If something breaks on a non-working day, and your company works seven days a week, you will have to wait until Monday. That is why we stopped using Bitrix24 - something breaks often, and we have to wait a long time for help.

So far it's been great. Every one is able to see what they are responsible for, and see the outcome of every one else's work in real time.

Pros

I'm fairly new to Bitrix24. So far I enjoy it immensely. Keeps the whole team filled in on everything. Scheduling, deadlines, files, and so much more.

Cons

I'm still figuring it out. We started using the service because it helps us to accomplish our goals from multiple sites.

Best Value There Is!

My overall experience with Bitirx24 has been awesome and I recommend anyone in business especially if you are just starting out, to use this software to make things easier for you.

Pros

This software allows me to have everything I need to deal with my clients all in one place. I am able to track my clients, how much they spend, what tasks I have and so on.

Cons

I do not like that the service I am using deletes my task history after a week. That really annoys me sometimes.

I've tried Bitrix as a communitcation tool for our team, but didn't switch to it.

Pros

Bitrix feels like a social network, but includes many features for team communication. Other than the news feed, you can create chats and events.

Cons

The social network format may not be adequate for every team. It doesn't feel as robust as the top alternatives in chat service.

Very bad

Pros

A lot of feature, but also a lot of bugs so that it never worked, too complicate for the users

Cons

Absolutely no customer service even for the affordable version like that! Many bugs that made our customer database bank so wrong that we could not use it anymore. I've never written a response to Customer Service when you're contacted by Technical Service or we're on vacation. That's why we have to change the CRM of a company can not weeks, months to get an answer. I have informed you that we want to leave you and want the money back, but even after months still no answer I call the fraud.

Pros

The biggest plus of the platform is the support of high-quality IP-telephony. For many people, there is no CRM for some reason, or there is, but with a bad connection. I like working with Bitrix24.

Cons

Frustrated in this service only technical support. Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
