Generally speaking, Box is great in every way for collaboration and security in the cloud. Easy to use, seamless sharing of files, and seamless integrations with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace make it extremely efficient in workflows for any team. Its enterprise-grade security and version control are highlights in this application to ensure data safety and consistency. However, it could improve in various ways: offline functionality, reliability of desktop syncs, and some may find the pricing a bit steep for smaller teams. Although advanced features have a learning curve, Box does the core features right. In general, Box is a great choice for a business that values collaboration and security.

A Great Cloud Storage Option When Privacy and Security Are Most Important

Box is great for file sharing and I find that is speaks easier to an older audience that's used to old computer FTP shared drives. 

Box is good but it's no Google Drive.

A Worse Alternative to Google Drive

With unlimited Data and security options, this is a great tool for large companies and corporations to send files in a secure manner. 
Also great for single person use as this option is free.

Out of the box, it was easy to use. Not much ramp up time to understand how to use.

The google suite is a powerhouse at our company. We frequently use Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. Overall, google drive is an essential tool for our company to share files, store files, and create new spreadsheets and documents. It replaces the need for the "Microsoft suite". It's ease of use is self explanatory - no trainjng required. We use it on a daily basis and for multiple applications.

For the price, Google Workspace is a great email amalgamation tool and a great way to have a professional email address using all the fantastic Google services.

Google Workspace is a time-saver for educators. It is very user-friendly and intuitive. Despite having a lot of features, it doesn't become overly complicated.

The Google Suite is a set of easy-to-use tools, with the Google level of care put in user-friendliness and user experience design. 

Free set of tools for everything from documents to presentation, all designed for great groupwork 

I remove all MS Office and Apple Work from my laptop to use only Google Suite and I did not miss those software; that's all I have to say.

Overall, it's a great product but that pricing has gotten very high over the years and the lock-in to the ecosystem is very high.

Google Workspace - 7+ years in

We currently run our corporate users on G suite.  There was a project ramp up with training when we first implemented it, but more training was needed later after people became familiar with it and then needed to know how to handle specific tasks.  Some people have had a hard time using it.  But features such as building surveys, and sharing documents are very helpful.
