The download speeds are great, and most functionality is as well. Way cheaper as well, and super useful if you're some sort of manager (for instructing people).

Super easy to use in the Chrome Browser, I like the wee picture-in-picture option and I love how quickly the system optimizes the video and send me back the shareable link.

Sometimes after recording video does not get uploaded to droplr. After snaping and opening images in markup editor and saving it will cause a blurry and bad effect on image quality.

Their Lack of Zapier access. Updates are not as frequent as some of their competitors.

It is a great way to share screenshots and files and keep them organised on boards.

It's worth it's money especially now that the price for Pro was lowered. Very light and never crashes or take time like other software that need their time.

Sharing most files and screenshots is super easy.

I also like that you can add quickly share screenshots with your notes on them. This is very handy if you are trying to explain something to a client online.

The overall cost and customer service is great. I have been using Droplr for some years now and though I may drift and try some other services, I always stay with Droplr.

Buggy (many times I record to find out that screen recording crashed in the middle OR when done video, software gets stuck at uploading).

No Upload Resume feature. No Temporary local uploads folders.

There aren't many areas where I can see improvement (other than my cons), if you compare to other solutions out there you won't find anything better and not for the same price.

Overall i’m satisfied with their product, but I decided to switch Cloudapp because they offer Zapier access and the updates are more frequent.

Easy to use and feature-packed. Lots of customization options and I would've given it 5 starts straight if it wasn't for the below bugs.
