A few years ago, Diligent was certainly the preferred provider. Although since the move of all historic Diligent-owned platforms (Board Effect etc) it feels as though there hasn't been a lot of investment in developing the platform to make sure it keeps up with peers.

Too clunky - bad navigation, too mouse reliant, no run off period for accessing documents either for a director leaving the board or upon the company not renewing the subscription which means every document has to be downloaded by each director completely undermining the conceptual benefits.
