Te features and functionalities of drop box are quite understandable. I would easily recommend drop box to a colleague of mine.
In my opinion, that would be the cloud storage for the basic account, but hey we can't have it all right ?

I recommend Drop Box due to its versatility.
It is easy to use and integrates with your PC so that is is ready to save files to immediately without opening a new app.
It does cost for the larger packages but the lower packages are fairly cheap and will fit most budgets.

My Overall experience with Drop Box Business is positive.
The software program, Drop Box for business is very easy to use and to share files. I also love that it saves all of your photos in one place.
I really did not have any cons in reference to the software program, Drop Box for business. The only thing that I like the least is that there are not enough people I work with that use it.

This software Keeps my team up to date with our day to day operations. We are able to see each of our teams activity each day.
For me I didn't see any significant difference between the processes of regular drop box and business drop box.

I like Dropbox but prefer Box for their customer support.
Dropbox is super easy to use and sync with your computer. I feel like Dropbox is the foremost well known online storage provider so most others have used it and/or are familiar with it. I also don't think you'll only have read-only access if you don't have the product like Box's set-up. If you have a link to the file you're good. It also makes for great collaboration among team members.
I wish Dropbox came a more baseline storage space. Also, there product support is not on par with Box.

Drop Box has expanded our capabilities to work remotely
Easy access to files for working offsite and on location File sharing capabilities to share large files with clients or other project collaborators
We have had some issues with users accidentally dragging and dropping large files into other files within the drop box and there is no way to stop the transfer. This can take hours to complete then hours to restore.

I appreciate how my company used Box to help us share files.
Using Box was great to collaborate and share files with anyone at the company with a simple click of a button.
I enjoyed most parts of using Box. I could not find any cases where I found using Box was difficult.

The best competitor to Drive, OneDrive and Box Great UI Very interesting range of products with out of the box thinking More than it seems
Slow, extremely slow Paper can't handle big file (I tried once to create a presentation there, but it turned out to be a disaster and I had to rewrite everything) Needs some improvement to make it more intuitive

Drop box helps our company increase our file storage capacity to help improve our productivity across departments.
Drop box is pretty easy to use. It is fast, secure and we take comfort in knowing that drop box has been around for several years.
Drop box is a tad on the expensive side considering the amount of storage that you get for the price.

drop box makes sharing and transfering files very easy, highly recommend
I love how easy it is to organize a dro pbox folder and share with other contributors. My team is partial overseas without access to our server, so we have a virtual server with dropbox that we can all access. it makes working together very easy

Dropbox is kind of a must for business these days. People intuitively know how to use it and it, for the most part, just works. The business system is great to get back a little IT control over your corporate users.
Super easy to use. Less complicated than Box.
The per user cost seems high to me, but it is comparable to other systems.

Used Sharepoint, OneDrive, Box, and Google for 5 plus years. Hands down better than the Microsoft Products and is miles ahead of Google, and the price compared to Box is much easier to swallow, but have not noticed huge improvements after going public. Like that you can pay monthly (which Box couldn't do when using) and the price point is easier than Box. Three years in, I like but the cost is keeping me in.
easy to deploy and setup. Syncing is good...but cannot sync fully if you use consumer and business with two different accounts. It is good but the hiccups are not as good as Box. Better than OneDrive, which was terrible, and better than the google suite. Lower priced than Box.
version control good but not great. Minute security to files is not as complete as Box. Use can use the Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) when using desktop version, but could not as useful when using tablet or mobile device. The rolling down of security is not as clean but works for the files I am keeping/using. The software has the TEXT searching into the individual files, but cannot easily restrict the search in file type, when created. Pulls up too many files and have to look thru to find the document you are searching for.

Lot's of cash is saved which could have been used to purchase storage software as well as securing the data.
Drop box is extremely easy to use. All that is needed is to drag a file from your PC onto the drop box upload interface and that's it.
Sometimes it may fail to do real-time sync and forces the user to manually upload their files even after the real-time tool is integrated on PC.

Drop box is a great collaborative tool for sharing documents and files.
Drop Box is clean. It is very easy to use and the interface is stellar. a first grader can use it efficiently.
There is one caveat with drop box for me. Drop Box has been compromised and logins stolen a couple of times. I do not feel secure.

We use both Dropbox and box. While we use Dropbox more I have found box to be great and use it for business. It’s great for backups.

Not good. High cost and low storage space. End users even complained about the functionally of the software.
This could be a good alternative to other cloud storage companies. I did find that this is a decent cloud storage and not a lot on the internet about being hacked.
I think this is overpriced. MS OneDirve and DropBox Business is cheaper per head and offers more storage that Box.

The storage pricing is reasonable, and I love that box holds on to files deleted for a period of time just in case you accidentally deleted something by mistake!
Occasionally I've had issues with syncing taking longer than other comparable tools like dropbox business, but overall I have almost no complaints about Box!

We switched to this from Dropbox because it was offered completely free to nonprofits through TechSoup. It is not as good of a product as Dropbox, but it works alright for file sharing for a small business.
Syncing errors galore - we have a lot of issues that do not seem to be from user error. Support has not be helpful with these.

When we started our business a few years ago, we did not have enough capital to spend on tools or rather we wanted to invest in more important equipment. That is when I got introduced to Box. Their product quality and security are as good as Dropbox. We never had a security breach or lost a file, and since we offer content marketing services, the number of files we upload and download monthly is too many.
The speed to download and upload every single file
It is not as good as Dropbox, but if you are starting your business and want to save a good amount of money it is an ideal choice.

I was using Box more than Dropbox but now I've had to abandon Box in my usage due to how slow it's been for them to get a compatible app out for the Apple M1 chip devices.
I started using Box in the early days, so I have a decent amount of free storage. It does everything you would need for a cloud storage app (very similar to Dropbox). I would Box is seen more as a business/enterprise cloud app vs Dropbox, although I think Egnyte is also very good as a Business/Enterprise cloud storage app.
I recently switched from a Windows PC to a Macbook Air w/ Apple's M1 chip and to my disappointment, despite the fact it's been months since the M1 chip has come out, Box is one of the few critical apps I use that has zero support for the M1 chip (I have not idea what they were waiting for all these months knowing it was coming). Their stock answer is to suggest to users to just use the web browser version as they don't have an ETA for the Box sync app for Mac O/S (M1 chip). That's just truly disappointing to see from such a well-known and used app.

Was looking for alternative to Dropbox. Dropbox was not syncing correctly.
I had a "individual" account. Was trying to upgrade it to a different tier that stated a cost Of $60.00. I am the only user. I missed seeing the much smaller print on the site which stated a three user minimum. I guess my 70 year eyes are not as good they used to me. I put in my credit card and it went through. AFTER it went through, it displayed a confirmation charge of $180. (those 3 users). I immediately...
