And then eventually, we moved over to Dropbox for our resources cloud storage. For more reviews like this, click below.
                                                       Probably the biggest problem that we encounter is getting access to data from different resources - laptops, computers, desktops - from different locations, and that is how these products solve that need for us.
                                                       I think the ease of use for Dropbox business is it's not a complicated application to use, and it doesn't require multi-level access. It's something that I've used seamlessly for, goodness, at least five years now. And as the product has developed, it's gotten even easier to use.
                                                       So one of the things that I liked initially about Google Cloud service was the fact that it integrates with all of the other Google products. So if I was using Google Groups and some of the other Google applications, that this seamlessly integrated into those different tools so that I could access those resources rapidly.
                                                       Both of the applications were pretty straightforward and easy to use. Anyone who's used email or some tool like that shouldn't have too much trouble utilizing cloud storage tool like Google Drive or Dropbox.
                                                       So as we looked at the different types of softwares, two factors really came into play. One was ease of use, and the second was cost. What we found was while Google didn't require cost, there was a cost related to the limitations that we kind of ran into with the ease of use, whereas Dropbox, because we had an enterprise account, we were easily able to access it, bring people in and create accounts for them, and then limited their access through the administrator panel.
