It's got great in app integration support (instead of only some chrome extension, which it does have as well though, and is also super useful). It can track time directly to JIRA, which I use.

I am lack of integration with OmniFocus more natively.

It's interesting concept of time management through time slicing, definitely helpful in covering different tasks in fixed time slots.

It's a Pomodoro app, and the pomodoro technic is good.
