Evernote is awesome! At first I didn't understand why it was necessary. I used to just email myself notes. Once I couldn't find a document, I realized why it was great. Evernote keeps everything organized and out of my inbox
It's sometimes irritating just having another program to use outside of email, google docs, word docs, etc.

I enjoyed evernote for its versatilty. the pro version even give you more I enjoyed what I had.
Evernote was my first note taking software. I moved my notes from paper to evernote immediately. I even liked the speech to text recognition
Evernote doesn't integrate well with google. I started using Google keeps for that reason. Keep was able to connect to gmail, sheets, and Docs.

Evernote Business brings together diverse pieces of content and makes it easy to share everything.
Where free alternatives like Google docs and Apple notes already exist, it's hard to justify paying for Evernote Business.

It was a staple to my office when I took the job. I used it to collaborate with my colleges, but we also used google docs. Evernote offers some wonderful features that are BETTER than google, but eventually, Evernote just phased out and we found ourselves using google docs all the time. We still have it, but just don't use it as much.
Easy to use and collaborate on. I love how it communicates for you to those collaborating on the same document!
It doesn't streamline into my life like google does. Google docs does most of what evernote does, but it syncs with my android phone, my email, my navigation, my news feed, etc...

Evernote is an alright program. I like the search feature but saving could use some work. I prefer using Google Docs.
I like that you are able to easily search for notes. It pulls all of the notes that contain the word searched for.
Oftentimes that page won't save. I work in an office where multiple people need pages at the same time and this is always a problem. When someone adds something it gets over written on accident.

I used it because a client did and it was great but I still think Google Docs. is a better alternative.
The way the UI is designed its really easy to navigate and use. It actually resembles a notebook in a way and feels like how you would take notes and organize notes in a notebook. There are some nice features with the premium feature and you can access and sync your notes from anywhere.
The free version has limitations that you could just go to Google Docs for and get all the same features and functionality and then some. Plus it feels like everyone has a google account at this point and you don't need to download and install another service that most people already have access to.

It works across multiple platforms (Windows via Browser, app). Allows me to sort and keep personal research.
There's a little bit of a learning curve, and there's too many products that have similar functions but work better (Google Docs, Trello, Basecamp)

The app idea is good generally however they have so much to work on to have a place in between competitors specially google docs and microsoft office
The idea is good to have a note sharing software however it is very inconsistent and difficult to deal with
It does not sync live like one drive or office or Google docs, changes does not appear instantly, hard to find features in app

My team was able to communicate and complete projects in a timely manner. It's great for sharing notes to make sure everyone is on the same page.
I like that my documents update in real time with those that are contributing to the same document.
Unlike competitors like google docs, everyone working on the same document can't update it simultaneously, which can really slow down the process of completing a project.

Overall I find Evernote to be a great tool. I use if for notes, organizing thoughts, and projects.
Great user experience. Cool functionality. Voice recognition seems to be better than Google Docs for talk to text. Allows easy ability to incorporate photos.
I only using a trial version because I'm deciding if I want to use this over Google Docs or Evernote as the primary cloud service. I haven't found any significant cons yet.

I love that Evernote allows me to take notes in a way that makes sense and works for me. The different notebooks helps to organize and apply everything I write down!
I dislike that Evernote has such a large cost....with products like Google Docs, it makes me want to stop using evernote and start saving some money.

I use Google Docs and other apps for taking notes like the Notes app on iPhone. But Evernote and Teams are the best for work and with groups.
I love Evernote, and Evernote for collaboration with Evernote Teams. It's a great software program that makes it easy to keep track of and sort tons of notes, thoughts, ideas, copy/paste threads, and more.
Not sure, I personally dislike some of the new design and UI features, but it's still pretty good

It was great when we had remote workers before Basecamp improved or google docs became ubiquitous. But now it is generally redundant and we don't need it anymore.
The ability to organize by notebook, use tags, and access your notebooks across different devices or computers.
I've been using Evernote for years (at least 6 years) and I feel like it has not changed at all. With cloud storage and synching greatly improved, I get the impression Evernote has fallen behind. I just don't see a function for it anymore and have (not even intentionally) stopped using it all together.

Love how items live in the cloud and can be accessed from anywhere. It is one of the biggest benefits of using the service, and the app is wonderful.
It almost has a bit too many features if you want to just use it for collaborative note taking, which makes Google Docs a better alternative in some situations

I used Google Docs for all of my not taking before because it could transfer from phone to computer and be accessed online. However, EverNote makes it easy to keep my notes all in one place without cluttering up my Google Drive! And heck, it even integrates with Google Drive, love it!
The integration with Google Drive could be improved. Granted I understand that is a competitor, so it isn't a big deal to me.

I have been using Evernote for 2+ years now. As a digital filing system, it's very reliable and easy to use. I scan all my correspondence including bills, contracts, receipts, invoices, and more straight into Evernote and shred the originals.
Stable, fast, and reliable. Search features, tagging and notebook filing system are sufficient to provide fast access to any kind of document. Integration of PDFs and Google docs works well.
Didn't find it very practical to use beyond storing and managing documents. The user interface is a bit outdated and unimaginative. Development progress appears to be slow and the lack of any kind of roadmap or strategy for the product is worrying.

I found Evernote an easy way to organize and share my documents with colleagues. I had a nice, clean interface too.
I had a hard time justifying why I needed this over Google Docs. It seemed to work just as well for me, even if it was without a few "nice to have" features.

Centralized information for projects
You are able to centralize almost all your notes in regardless of what format in this app. Intuitive and easy to manage. It can also be installed in the phone. Notes can be shared across teams.
Although notes can be imported an exported. The format is not matching 100% sometimes with MS apps / Google docs. Sometimes it gets a different format, although is just a matter of reformatting again.

ótima, pois ele me permite registrar muitas coisas em texto, ideias, registros, históricas, notas, estudos e trabalhos.

I really enjoy using Evernote and appreciate how much more convenient and organized it makes my workflow.
I love how beautifully Evernote is designed, and how practical it is. I use it for taking notes for classes and work, and I enjoy how I can save screenshots as well as share my notes with others.
I think there aren't any major problems with Evernote. Perhaps one thing that it could enable is simultaneous editing by multiple people, like Google docs. But it isn't a major inconvenience at all.

- They have an app with an offline mode, great for when I am on a plane - Better user interface than google docs and notes by Apple - Easy to manage and create bullets, indents, bold
- Sometimes crashes - Notes sync, but if the internet is being finicky you might have a duplicate within the note with a time stamp telling you when you the update happened

Pretty easy to use. Easy to collaborate on projects with others. Has great abilities such as the ability to scan documents and use them as notes. Pretty great for organizing notes and who can collaborate where.
The paid version is the one that provides the best features. Also your limited to number of devices on free version. It can be replaced with Google Docs if you're looking for a free option (albeit with limited functionality in comparison).

When I want a set of texts or pictures readily available to be referred to or pasted, Evernote is the ideal tool. But, if the app had collaborative features (eg. Google Docs.) the usability of the app for me would increase drastically.
Great app with a very subtle extension on chrome and easy-to-access notes and clipboard.Decent support across platforms
There is a huge absence of any real-time collaborative tools between teams thus making the app very stale and not useful on an industry level. Also, there are not many tools or features in the app for it to replace a regular old notebook apart from when you just want to copy and paste data, thus making it difficult to make the switch.

As most of portion about our Legal Services startup is related to documents and documentation so it's tough for us mange it when we're a remote team. Thanks to the Google Docs.
It's free to use and even as a part of the Google Suite, it isn't that costly. Cloud based so we can collaborate easily and from everywhere.
I wish more features for document management as seen in Evernote and One Note.

There is no possibility to use the software offline, when there is no active connection to the Internet. There are some great features that are available in Evernote.

Can't think of any cons. I use it all the time. I've had no issues using it. The only thing is you do need wifi or reception to view your files. If you want to view your files offline you need to manually click that option.

What is nice is that it is based on the cloud space. Documents are easily accessible and this is a great thing for a company.
Everyone has access so it is important to make sure correct people has access . Also found it difficult to place a header in the google document.

I've used it for years as a student, but it doesn't help me manage my products. Its organization functionality can be much better. I switched to using and paying for Evernote service.
I like how integrated it is with my Gmail account. That helpful. It allows me to pull things up really quickly and collaborate with other people in real-time and that's really neat.
The organization and UI drives me nuts! I can never find anything I need because it's really hard for me to figure out how to organize all my documents in comparison to what I use now, which is Evernote. For example, I make a document, and I want to drag it or put it under a folder, and I just can't do it. I really think the design can be improved.

As with almost google programs it is extremely easy to learn and to use. By far my favorite feature is the accessibility - I love having my team be able to access a document from anywhere. I also like to see who is accessing the document at different times and who is making edits! Also, its free!
I'm not too sure about how to input charts, graphs, and other themes. It is not a presentation tool but does its job well!
