Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Gravador.Net overview
What is Gravador.Net?
Gravador.Net is a browser based application that enables screen, audio and webcam recording without requiring software installation. The progressive web application format supports offline use after installation and maintains complete data privacy through client side processing. The platform targets professionals in education, corporate training, content creation and digital communication who need capture of tutorials, meetings, gameplays, podcasts and presentations.
The solution provides four recording modes with detailed configuration options. The screen capture module records full displays, application windows or browser tabs with integrated microphone input and system audio capture for virtual meetings. The audio recorder exports files in M four A format using AAC codec compression and features a real time spectrum visualizer with waveform thumbnail generation in the gallery. The webcam module renders video through the Canvas API to apply filters in real time including grayscale, sepia, brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, blur and specialized simulation effects. Picture in picture mode detaches the webcam feed into a floating overlay that remains visible above other applications and supports aspect ratios such as sixteen to nine, one to one, twenty one to nine and nine to sixteen for mobile content.
Gravador.Net leverages the WebCodecs API to access hardware acceleration on the user machine and encode high quality MP four video and M four A audio entirely within the browser environment. All recording, rendering and file conversion operations execute locally without external server transmissions. Recorded data is stored in IndexedDB with lazy loading of gallery thumbnails in WebP format until playback or download. Browser compatibility varies by engine with Chromium based browsers providing high quality output and other browsers defaulting to WebM format under medium quality constraints.
The platform disconnects camera and microphone permissions when the interface loses focus and reconnects on active return to conserve hardware resources and prevent accidental monitoring. Pause and resume recording commands generate keyframes to maintain continuous playback and prevent audio video desynchronization. The progressive web application architecture ensures that all recording data remains local, preserving confidentiality for sensitive corporate meetings and private sessions.
