Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

All the modules are good, Easy to understand, the best part is to Post Status Updates as its allow to merge every person in a good way like a social media.

I love the product, and love taking inspiration from other people who are using the product. There a many open source templates that you can use and organize your life on top of them.

For companies that use as an integral part of their business it is risky for an ordering system, etc. Overall, Knack is a fine product, and it was easy to implement and use. However, I do think there are better products out there, and I didn't find it to be worth the price tag given our needs. One more point can easily be gained by paying attention to the community, which are the fans of their business. The other point can be gained by adding better standard features and design features.

Boardable was by far the most affordable yet high quality product we looked at when evaluating board software. There's been good support but I haven't really needed it - it's an intuitive software. We've established "best practices" for administrators and end users. It has been well received and board members appreciate it's ease of use and efficiency.

Our clients struggled with the appointment process and became frustrated with the system. We had to go another direction and were out $615 for only three months of service. Support very good except they are not interested when I ask them about integration with our CRM.
