Prior to this Receipts got lost so unable to verify correct amounts for accounting purposes, on that line being able to link directly into the accounting programme used means less margin of error.

As a user of Hubdoc software in a company, I can say that it has been a game changer for our document management processes.

The navigation around the app is very unintuitive, I have only tried 2 documents on the trial and had multiple issues that had to be fixed in the back end by support staff... to be honest it would have been quicker to just capture direct.

Very happy, we use the email address so invoices go straight to autoentry, eliminating scanning and uploading paper invoices

I like the fact it is affordable, it has supplier statement reconciliations and that it works with a number of accounting solutions

The program has streamlined the supplier invoice process, making it user-friendly and saving the company time and money.

The 'autofetch' document search... whereby the system is supposed to go into suppliers, and pull out any invoices hasn't been working for me, so for this reason (which was the critical reason what I signed up as I wanted that automation and time saving function), I have since paused our subscription.

One of the greatest advantages of this software is its ability to quickly and accurately process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

I can set rules to automatically apply to invoices that I receive regularly which over time has saved me a lot of effort as AutoEntry auto categorises invoices for me.

It started off working well, well priced, allows multiple entities and Users on one account.

In an ideal world this is great, my Account clients deal with clients that have huge amounts of PDF and print outs which prove to be more expensive for them to render thier service.

They are taken to the correct category and coded as the Sage Accounting software that I use and  then synchronised automatically with Sage.
