Office, Email Collaboration, OneDrive and SharePoint access
Easy to install and manage Office accounts, Excellent customer support via email, phone, or Skype. Install Office on 5 computers AND 5 tablets
Mac and PC versions are not similar, and sometimes have compatibility issues. Downloading both versions to the same computer (using a VM Solution) can cause Licensing Issues.

Overall I can not imagine life without Microsoft 365 in professional companies. Microsoft 365 brings everything together.
Email, collaboration, OneDrive, sharepoint are most important features Microsoft 365 have. You can not imagine working without outlook, OneDrive, sharepoint, teams/skype these days.
Teams can be more improved, they can work on putting chat and people icon in main screen, instead going to more option in teams.

If you're a smaller business and don't want to spend the money for the Microsoft apps for every employee, this is a great online system. You just can't use it without internet like with the apps.
I could sign into my account from anywhere and access my files.
The OneDrive doesn't update as quickly or sometimes ever.

Most of my work activities are with Office 365 programs. It is the best software for home and work requirements.
Office 365 is central source for most of the Microsoft softwares. The key insight here is that it is possible for a user to utilize the programs on another computer that may not have the program installed on it
Its compatibility with OneDrive and GoogleDrive could be improved. I have experienced few occasions that I have lost the file when I work on OneDrive or GoogleDrive

Overall is the best set of products. Except Onedrive.
Products matured, with best efficiency in the market, as Excel or Outlook
Onedrive not friendly to use, isn't a good tool to share work. Complicated to config. Better and cheaper products in the market.

I like being able to work on a document wherever I am on whichever device I have with Office 365 and OneDrive on all of them. Seamless integration with OneDrive.
I needed Microsoft Office and I appreciated the lower price of the subscription service giving me access to all of Microsoft's great products. I like the fact I can share the subscription on my various devices I use for the family and the 1TB of cloud storage with OneDrive really helps.
Still a little expensive for a subscription service.

Overall I really enjoy using Office 365. I use it daily and sync all my files to Onedrive. I also like the Vault options for saving passwords and other documents.
I think Microsoft 365 is the best cost-benefit on the market, the 1tb onedrive options for 5 users is simply magnificent. I love using Onedrive and Office online.
Office software could have a more simplified usability and I would like it to be faster to open on the computer.

Positive, it's definitely become more intuitive to use in recent years.
I'm really happy with the cloud services that compete with other providers we've had. Streamlining our process between remote teams/overseas employees has been instrumental to saving time/money.

I use Office 365 for daily use with Outlook, OneDrive, and Sharepoint.
The ability to access all of your office applications from the web is fantastic. I enjoy the simplicity of navigating between different applications with ease.
I don't find the online version of Outlook to be as usable as the desktop version. It has a different visual look to it and it is more difficult to use. I would much prefer it if it reflected the desktop version.

OneDrive is getting better, but it really needs to move away from SharePoint on the back end. SharePoint is hold this product back.
OneDrive is an excellent part of Microsoft 365 and there is no need to get Dropbox. Microsoft gives users 1TB, which is excellent for employees. Because Microsoft 365 is about security, OneDrive is excellent here.
It is built on SharePoint, which is a product that needs it backend overhauled. The reason people use Dropbox is the fluidity and simplicity in the way it works. OneDrive feels like you are pushing a dying horse.

I use One Drive to archive video editing folders which have multiple layers and sometimes deep folder hierarchy.
I like that it integrates nicely with Microsoft 365. It's a great way to share files within the Microsoft world.
The interface is not the best and a little buggy. I wish it was designed in a way where I can see the product details and it calculated the size of each folder in a clear and obvious way.

I feel this product is trying to compete with dropbox without thinking of its user experience.
Like any Microsoft product, the integration with Office 365 or other services from Microsoft makes it easy to set up initially.
While it was fairly easy to setup on my machine, since then it has lost connection and has been out of sync several times even without any action from my side.

After the few hours of learning the permissions and setup the overall experience has been great. I have no complaints at this time after purchasing this product.
I love the integration with One Drive to all the Microsoft Office 365 programs. The collaborations with cloud storage and Microsoft teams makes this what I feel the best cloud storage program for remote workers using Office 365.
Setup was a bit of a hassle on the permissions and getting the shares to each users desktop application.

This software is useful for those who want storage without using up their own hard drive space as it is a cloud based storage software. It is free for up to 5BG with the option to purchase additional space if needed, which is a nice option. It also has the function of showing the user their most recent saved data on the drive within their windows file on thir desktop. The only drawback is that you have to have Microsoft Windows in order to setup a OneDrive account.
This software allows up to 5GB of storage space which is more than some of it’s competitors who only offer 2GB for free.
You have to sign up with an entire Microsoft 365 account in order to use the software.
