Office365 has it all. Productivity apps like the Microsoft Office suite, Sharepoint, Delve, Sway, Email, Active Directory sync, etc. are what's included. Once downloaded and installed, the office suite works better than previous versions. The online version of the office suite works well, but is still lacking features of the desktop apps. It is similar to Google apps for business but looks like...
Full of features that can meet just about anyone's needs at a fair price.
Sharepoint is still awful. Bottom line... explore your options for cloud storage thoroughly before making the choice to store your files w/ Microsoft Sharepoint.

Overall I can not imagine life without Microsoft 365 in professional companies. Microsoft 365 brings everything together.
Email, collaboration, OneDrive, sharepoint are most important features Microsoft 365 have. You can not imagine working without outlook, OneDrive, sharepoint, teams/skype these days.
Teams can be more improved, they can work on putting chat and people icon in main screen, instead going to more option in teams.

we are non-profit company benefiting from the non-profit pricing. they raised the prices on stand alone office apps and we have no choice but to bite the bullet and subscribe to it. Our on-premise exchange 2016 will be moved to this service
Office365 has it all. Productivity apps like the Microsoft Office suite, Sharepoint, Delve, Sway, Email, Active Directory sync
office 365 keeps changing the UI and to keep up with it you need to check your email on a daily basis. price went up as well (and I am sure they will keep on raising the price as you little options to find comparable services like this)

Overall it is a great product with many different components.
Very easy to learn, it has many different components. From e-mail to sharepoint, and all Microsoft office items.
There is not much I do not like. I am exploring all the different components it has. Sharepoint is a little funky.

Microsoft 365 is an essential tool to every day business; file storage, email usage, sharepoint sites, teams chats and project spaces, etc.
It's very extensive in features, and it integrates into the computer quite well. It's nice to have a good desktop and web-based client, as that allows more flexibility to use it in various ways.
It's a *lot* to take in. I feel quite lost when trying to work out how to do something and often rely on the experience of others to learn, and frequently the options change (due to updates to software) and you lose all sense of familiarity quite quickly.

The best possible, Microsoft Teams has proven itself has the most complete and reliable meeting tool, during the pandemic it is one of the most softwares used. Therefore, all the collaboration tools, cloud functionalities, Sharepoint integration, PowerApps, it is pretty complete.
The cloud features, OneDrive, the integration with Sharepoint, and powerful tools like Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft Flow and Microsoft PowerApps, it is the most complete office tools package of the market.
Perhaps the price would not be so inviting to small business, and the other tools apart from the basic Office Suit, need to be purchased apart or with an signature upgrade.

Our entire company runs on MS 365 products and uses functionality and collaboration across the full suite - Word, Excel , Outlook, Teams, Power Platform, Stream, SharePoint, Dynamics, and have moved from a network file storage based approach to a cloud based infrastructure.
Microsoft 365 is a full featured suite of products that encourages collaboration and allows cloud based access for all your microsoft applications. The product is easily accessible and integrates across the full Microsoft ecosystem such as Dynamics, Sharepoint etc...
Setting up licensing and knowing actual costs can take a determined and detailed approach to make sure you are not incurring costs beyond what is expected.

Overall, I'm very pleased with MS 365! I wouldn't switch to any other Office-like product. I'm with MS 365 from here on out!
I especially love the fact that SharePoint is a part of Microsoft 365. All the software provided in Microsoft 365 is fantastic, easy to use and understand, and just works. Additionally, Power Automate makes it possible for me to automatically save emails that have attachments directly into a SharePoint library. That alone is a game changer! Love it!
There's very little that I dislike about this software. The admin side can be a bit confusing, but that's likely just me not knowing enough about it. I wish OneDrive was a bit quicker to sync too. That's the one major issue I have with this. Dropbox blows MS 365's OneDrive away when it comes to syncing speed.

Stable, very high uptime, multilingual, multi platform.
This software is so versatile; and an absolute base tool for home, school and office use. The wide installed base makes this by far the standard, which is a value. The online cooperation makes these software packages as the perfect team software.
Some packages are not mature enough. Microsoft Teams tries to bring Sharepoint to the bulk users, but IMHO it installs unrequired on all microsoft windows systems. Annoying for a lot of people, useless.

The company that I worked changed Sharepoint storage files to OneDrive ( tool of Microsoft 365). In that case, facilitated the internal process of document storage.
The best functionality of Microsoft 365 is the cloud. I can access the files from the OneDrive easily and anywhere. Other people can edit the file in real-time and share fastly. I very recommend this tool, because is modern.

My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been practical.
What I like most about Microsoft 365 is that it allows users to work remotely without the need to install desktop applications.
What I like least about Microsoft 365 is that some of the features appear redundant to certain users. For example OneDrive and SharePoint.

Overall its been great. And a lot of small businesses should be able to benefit from all the available tools Office 365 has to offer.
I like Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Stream, Planner and Sharepoint. There are tons of other apps and products such as Power Automate and Power apps which helps you do pretty much anything and everything.
Support in my opinion is an issue. Although you have Microsoft community, but getting a response from Microsoft takes a while.

You can't go wrong with Office 365, it is the more powerful and complete suite of programs for your business that you can get on the market. We have been using it for 5+ years and we are very pleased.
You can get Microsoft Exchange (email) and also applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote and other business services, such as Skype for Business, OneDrive, Forms, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, all in one package.
Microsoft keep adding (in some cases removing) applications all the time. It's very hard for the IT department to keep track and implement these new apps, by the time you catch up the tools are being deprecated.

I like the integration between a host of different Microsoft products that makes Microsoft 365 great for productivity and business purposes. I especially like the inclusion of Sharepoint, which makes it quick and simple to build a workspace.
Some particular aspects of Microsoft 365 still lag behind the competition, including Teams functionality, which still falls short of other video conferencing software.

The integration between the various platforms available is amazing, we create the database in Microsoft SharePoint and consume the information in all other tools, having an almost infinite space.
It is no longer a desktop toolkit to cover all areas. With this package you can get all the tools you need to perform well in all areas of the business, and have a very cost-effective user integration. very good benefit as it can be obtained on demand. When you use only basic tools, you pay only for them ... when you use advanced tools, there is a cost to use.
Managing linked accounts, as all required roles are not always active and support is required.

Our overall experience with Microsoft SharePoint has been good mainly due to the user friendly interface and integrations we have with other Microsoft 365 applications that we use. Also we are able to easily collaborate with users who do not have a Microsoft 365 account.
Microsoft Sharepoint has allow us to effectively collaborate with our global team and third party without exposing us to security risks or restricting our workflowWe are able to restore files deleted in error or malisciously or affected by ransomware thanks to versioning. We are able to synchronize documents across multiple devices which is very convenient for mobile team members who may need to access a document from a mobile device while in transit or not in the office or not have access to their normal work device.
We have not yet come across any real issue with SharePoint since we have used this for so many years.I think outside of temporary technical glitches or comparison with specific features someone would be used to in another solution Microsoft SharePoint has not displayed any issue for us.

Overall, I like Microsoft SharePoint, and I believe its integration with other Microsoft 365 products improves its functionality a lot.
I like Microsoft SharePoint for its ability to enhance group collaboration and manage documents effectively. It enables teams to easily share and organize files in a centralized location, which improves our workflow and productivity.
I sometimes encountered issues with Microsoft SharePoint when deleting or moving files between folders by someone who are are familiar to use the SharePoint. This was not a problem with the product itself, but rather with how users handled it.
