Due to its cloud-based nature, Microsoft SharePoint facilitates remote teamwork by allowing users to access and update shared documents from any location. This works well for larger groups of people who are collaborating on a project.
Using Microsoft SharePoint, groups of people can coordinate their efforts from different locations. With Microsoft Teams integration, users can effortlessly make changes to documents without switching applications.
The need that all document editors have a Microsoft account is Microsoft SharePoint's main drawback. Some solutions, like G-Suite, even let visitors make changes.

Microsoft SharePoint makes it simple to share information and helps me manage my documents effectively.
For collaboration and content management, Microsoft SharePoint is a perfect tool. It is a great solution to organizing documents because it offers a centralized location for all files associated with a group or work. The search engine works best for quickly finding information across websites and documents.
The only downside of Microsoft SharePoint is, new users might need some brief training to comprehend the basics at first, such as creating folders and moving files from one folder to another, due to the complexity of its usage.

We began our journey to online collaboration looking for a one-to-one replacement of our onsite file server. As Office365 has grown and we as well our understanding of the use of tools like distribution groups grew into Office 365 groups and now Teams to support the functions of those groups and underneath each of those was Sharepoint acting as the trunk from which those branches of collaboration have stemmed. Even as we have only basically touched on the capbility for the pages within the sharepoint site to act as a more robust website, we are still only using those as information to direct people the conversation locations and document libraries.
Essentially everything about Office 365 is wrapped around the core of Sharepoint online. As Microsoft began investing in their online offerings they used this existing structure for an intranet to allow groups to collaborate on materials to work across the internet rather than just across the office. This time-tested, monolithic system isn't fast and flashy, but it is capable if you spend the time...
Its feature richness is a benefit and a challenge as it is complex to learn all of the capabilities and how to manage them.

Microsoft SharePoint is our company's collaboration & data management tool. We can share critical documents & resource libraries without having to worry about security & compliance issues, thanks to SharePoint!
Apart from the essential sharing & collaboration features, Microsoft SharePoint also provides detailed change logs which is beneficial during audits.SharePoint supports MFA & easily integrates with existing tokenizers such as Okta. SharePoint allows brand customization. It's 'search & find' works fast even with large datasets.'Power Automate' allows us to automate our repetitive activities in SharePoint.
In the case of bulk uploads, the cause of a single file failure is not that specific. There's still scope for improving the UI to make it more interesting. Such as the use of color-coding to signify different kinds of folders.
