It's been such an excellent tool for task management and sales pipeline management, I haven't been able to replicate the use case anywhere else or improve on it. Even when we got HubSpot or other platforms and attempted it, always ended up going back to Monday.
It's excellent for task management and sales pipeline management. We use it for both the production side of our business as well as sales. Due to sales using it, they started making it their CRM but a CRM Monday is CERTAINLY NOT. Even though it advertises itself as such. It's about the same functionality of an excel spreadsheet in that area and even seems to be based off one in how things interact.
Horrible as a CRM. Get HubSpot or quite literally anything else. Yet they market Monday as one? I'll never understand that.

Monday has helped us to lessen missed tasks and deadlines for projects overall. Communication amongst teams has never been easier!
The design. Monday makes assigning tasks for projects simple. The way the platform is setup is great, modern and easy to navigate for all.
The integration with Hubspot (the crm we use) could be more streamlined but overall it still accomplishes our main wants and needs

It's a great tool - easy to set up and easy to maintain for fails safes in case you delete or achieve something.
It's easy to set up and use. Our team picked up the program fast and used it since day one. Workspace management is also great.
It would not really use it as a full CRM. The email tracking is limited and tools like HubSpot are created to have a unified platform where all customer touchpoints are connected. The CRM feature on monday.com is good for a specific purpose like case handling as such. From a marketing perspective, other CRMs are better.

Really amazing for everyone, freelancers, or even entrepreneurs.
I have to say that I really love monday.com for the convenience of it brings to my life. Thanks to the platform, my project has been managed very well! Also for the other teams, their feedbacks are all very good.
I wish monday.com can be intergrated with HubSpot. Since our Marketing activities are all done on HubSpot, we could track the other things on Monday.com

Overall, I am satisfied when I used this tool although its just a short period of time. It is efficient and easy to use.
I've used Monday.com when I was in a small to mid sized company. It is easy to use and the dashboards are very helpful . It updates realtime and very efficient. Beginner friendly too!
It could be pricey compared to other CRM in the market.

famous for no reason, in my opinion, a lot of competitors with better features and cheaper prices, I couldn't stay using it for more than 1 month

Great experience using it for project management as well as a company-wide ERP system with multiple integrations with Slack, Hubspot, and Excel.
It is an easy to use PMS that allows you to assign roles and timelines to your different projects. You can manage different projects as "boards" that allows you to share information only with the people involved in that project. You can even use the software as your ERP since it allows you to have integrations with Excel, Hubspot, and other software you use.
For advanced functions you need to know some basic programing. The language used is very easy to understand since it follows a clear logic.
