While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
How GetApp verifies reviews
GetApp carefully verified over 2 million reviews to bring you authentic software experiences from real users. Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Monday.com is straight forward TODO software, really simple and simply working.
Monday.com is really simple to use, no headache, no search and try. Straight forward TODO list
I would like to have more options as we find with other TODO softwares like Todoist.

It's a very nice software that requires a premium investment for margin gains over competitors.
The dashboard was simple and intuitive. I was able to setup a couple simple projects with very little effort and no training. The design of the program is pleasing, but it runs into some shortcomings when you want more detailed planning.
I did not find it to be very detailed when setting up a multi-team project with a few moderately complex phases. I was looking for ways to categorize multiple subtasks and assign and track these with multiple team members. It seems like I could do similar work with programs like Asana or ToDoist pro for alot less investment.

I am mostly working on projects and planning out my day.
That it didn't overwhelm me with information. It was a very straight forward application - and had all the things I needed it to do.
I would have liked the option to have cards preview. Like Trello or Monday.com. It felt like a very out dated platform

I'm using Todoist for managing my daily tasks and two small projects I'm currently running. I have a mobile app, a Chrome app, and a desktop app too - which makes it easy to keep track of things anywhere from any device Another thing I love - is that it integrates with Monday.com which I'm using for major projects. I find it very convenient!
Simple and intuitive UI, easy to use, lightweight app, integration with other apps
limited features on a free plan. Can't see column titles (or maybe I set up smth wrong)

We were looking for a replacement for Wunderlist after Microsoft destroyed it. We wanted shared To Do lists where we could collaborate without having all the extraneous features of something like Monday.com. We have users on PCs, Macs, iPhones, Android phones and need something that will cross over easily. We are trying to close loops without having to use email or meetings. I use the GTD method, and I was trying to get away from Evernote which I had used for a couple of years. ToDoist doesn't make that easy either, but there's nothing out there that seems to be as perfect for us as Wunderlist was.
It is available on all platforms. You are able to share comments on items. You are able to get notifications when someone adds an item or comments on an item. The free version is sufficient for most team members.
Everything is clunky and difficult. The learning curve on something that should be self-evident is steep. For example, integration with Google Assistant is so difficult that it is not a viable option - and this software is owned by Google.
