Reliable and worth while

- perfect for small teams and any other organization not heavy on coding all the time
- easy to assign monitor and conclude tasks
- dashboard gives great visibility across the board
- support team is easy to reach
- on-boarding time and sprint management time went down for operational and business teams.

Perfect For Agile Sprints!

The overall experience was good with Monday but found the upstart and integration with Asana to be better so moved our task management to that.

It is a tool with more than 8 years of experience in the market, with support for mobile devices, which is constantly improving and increasing integrations with third parties. Monday.com is extremely stable and its proven functionality guarantees agility and adaptation.

Monday.com, an excellent tool for project management and assignment of tasks to the team.

Monday (the actual day of the week) typically comes with apprehension and a ting of chaos, but with Monday.com (cheeky, right?) I and my team are able to proactively drive our various priorities and tasks with a lot less effort.

One of our customers uses Monday and for the scale of the project and for general task management it is okay. But I'm not satisfied with the overall experience.

Too Simple and Not the best UI UX

After spending significant time going through monday.com we realized it wasn't for us. A small shop of less than 10 people working on smaller projects would probably love this tool.  Working with 30+ devs across a portfolio of projects made this tool not quite where we need it to be.

The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.

We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.

Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
