I discovered Nuclino after searching for a wiki/notepad/knowledge base tool storing LLM outputs that I've been capturing both for personal use and for work. Because LLMs tend to output as markdown, seamless markdown handling was a top requirement.

Think of it as an opportunity to save all of your instructions for tasks in the same place, easily accessible to all.

The import process was straightforward with one exception: it didn't like some of the non-standard markdown syntax which Obsidian adds.

I also find that Nuclino links don't seem to work unless you are already logged in.

Splitting items into workspaces can sometimes feel a bit confusing, especially if you're managing multiple projects or groups.

The most standout features to me are the various ways to visualize your project structure, such as graph mode, tables, lists, or a general board. While it may seem simple, this allows me to approach the same project with whatever mindset that best fits me in a given day.

Nuclino is somewhere between Github and Evernote and most people will find that to be a comfort zone that strikes a nice balance.

I really enjoy how simple and easy to use Nuclino is! If you have a small to mid size team, this is a great solution to project management and even further than that, a knowledge base, asset base and more.

For everyday use regarding project management, it was a little less intuitive than other potential tools.

The only issues I've had have been with the limited functions within text editing, although the features present are extremely powerful when you need them.

When a page is structured to have sub-pages, you can write anything on that 'parent' page.

Sure.   But you can export to Obsidian for that.  

The graph feature makes it very easy to navigate!

Ease of use for non-tech-savvy colleagues. If you have ever used a text editor you know how to use Nuclino and thanks to its smart features and GUI,  you cannot get it wrong.

Nuclino's knowledge base management is incredibly useful for organising extensive amounts of information in the form of Monash High Powered Rocketry's Team Wiki Workspace.

The only feature of Nuclino that is difficult to use when you have a very large workspace is the graph function; it can be tricky to navigate all of the sections of the workspace in this format.

One thing that they can improve is the formatting tools, some variety is needed to have a pleasant UX.   If the company grows and uses more space this tool suffers, we only recommended for medium or small databases.  

The AI sidekick and integrations with the most common tools are a definite plus.

I love that it can automatically change the reference style with zero effort and it can find the paper I want to cite by title DOI, link, whatever I throw at it.

It's a very user friendly tool, can be integrated into both GoogleDocs and Word and prevents me from messing up my references.
