Aconex’s audit trail and tracking capabilities provide transparency and accountability, which is especially valuable for projects requiring strict compliance and oversight.

It is really helpful for projects etc and I always find it really soothing to connect with people etc

Project Manager

not too bad. but not easy to resetting password after expired.

Site Engineer

The Oracle Aconex collaboration on various Architectural projects and the documentation capability is effective and also i love the compliance easy management through Oracle Aconex.

AP Pay

There were some areas that weren't so user friendly, but once you got instructed how to perform the task it was seamless.

Contracts Administrator

Web platform is not responsive and up to modern standards

Record keeping of all historical project communications.

The document management function allowing DWG'S to be saved with the PDF game changer!!

Oracle Aconex features are easy on initial customization and it provides great Engineering and even the best multiple Constructions project management solutions and the easy system to prepare reliable reports.

Architect

Construction projects can benefit from Oracle Aconex's ability to bring together project owners, consultants, prime contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders under a single platform that allows them to share and manage tasks and project documents effectively.

Information Management Advisor

Helped manage engineering drawings and documents, turnover and handover

I have recommended to my new employer and hoping to purchase here too.

Oracle Aconex's direct link to Primavera makes it easy for me to view the authorized schedule and all submissions and records.

Landscape Architect

I would note to potential users that this may make sense for slow paced projects with full staffs of documental control teams that have hundreds of hours in their budgets for document control.

One of the most frustrating aspects of working in a team is that you have to teach every new member because not everyone has the same ability to learn how to work effectively in a short period of time.

HR Manager

The Aconex Workflow function allows you to verify the document review hierarchy.

Document Controller

Raising a request for information only via generating a new blank e-mail is a little bit limiting there should be a tab for this.

Its data migration capabilities and excellent documentation functions with Oracle Aconex are beneficial and easy scheduling platform.

This has allowed us to stay ahead of schedule and avoid numerous delays that would have otherwise occurred due to slow approval processes.

You will not lose any correspondence because all mail is saved in the Mail module and cannot be deleted.

Civil Engineer

Furthermore, the ability to track approvals of site inspections, reports and drawings is crucial to keep up to date with project progress.

The software links globally between the corporate office and the regional office.

Overall Aconex is a decent collaboration tool, the standardistion of controls is makes for a reliable experience as an end user.

This platform is ideal for managing construction projects.

Senior Reinforcing Scheduler

May suggest using a 4 digit pin to login.

Controls drawings and specifications really well

Senior Planning Manager

Oracle Aconex integrates well with other systems which are also Oracle based within our business.

I am currently using this software in an immense construction project known as "Cinnamon Life" in Sri Lanka.

This can be very disruptive especially if I am in the middle of completing a site inspection reply.

This is true of other software too, but it still massively detracts from the user experience and the overall effectiveness of the tool.

To top it all of you will get an (lousy) email, but it refers you to a completely different(?) cloud solution off Autodesk. That what I told the customer service happened.

The Autodesk construction cloud follows on from the successes of Autodesk BIM360.
