In the end, it is already a software which has some issue with accuracy especially with difficult accent cases and background noise.

It is simple to use and the notes I get back are wonderful, useful and actionable. Customer support has been amazing, very responsive.

The new notes feature where you can change the format of the notes entirely with a click of the button (change templates) is outstanding. And the Zapier integration is great.

Easy to turn off if not appropriate to record that particular Zoom call. The transcription process is amazing and even picks up soft-spoken individuals and those who may have a strong accent.
