EHS teams can access a centralized archive to find information on substances and mixtures. A tailored approval workflow, configured during implementation, guides people and required actions. Work is supported by version comparison, a complete history, supplier collaboration, and an audit trail. SDS-FullService provides MRSL and regulatory watchlists, automatically cross-checking substances—even within mixtures—against major public lists (REACH/CLP, POPs, California Prop 65, etc.) and any private lists defined by the company, simplifying the identification of hazardous substances.

Alerts and periodic reports highlight new items and changes related to new products or regulatory updates. The platform also includes chemical classification (ranking) tools, reporting, and internal distribution features. The integrated SDS-Viewer streamlines access to and consultation of approved, in-use SDS for all personnel. It is browser-accessible, compatible with desktop and mobile devices, and available in kiosk mode, so SDS are always available—even from smartphones and tablets. SDS-FullService includes assessment, data cleaning, and start-up services, plus a dedicated team that searchs SDS from suppliers and uploads missing or updated SDS into the system.

For manufacturers and distributors who need to send SDS to customers, the optional SDS-Delivery add-on enables the automatic and timely delivery of Safety Data Sheets, with reminders and proof of receipt, supporting compliance with EU REACH obligations for SDS supply (Art. 31) and record-keeping (Art. 36). SDS-FullService provides 24/7 cloud access, a multilingual interface, SSO (Single Sign-On), and integrations via REST APIs/Web Services with company systems, enabling bidirectional queries and updates. SDS-FullService helps ensure compliance while reducing time and risk across EHS processes.
