Apart from that , over the time ,teams may create too many channels ,which can lead to the confusion and make it harder for me to identify where specific discussions should takes place.

It allows us to set up specific channels for each loan file and client, centralizing all discussions, documents, and updates in one place, which reduces the chance of overlooking critical details buried in email chains.

But I love that my email inbox counts are dramatically decreased and I can get caught up really quickly or search find something that I may have missed.
