The M365 integration it is a bit iffy and I think it is a bit of an overkill give full administrative power to the exclaimer tenant in order to setup the connectors, could be better to implement an integration with api and limited user and leave to the customer configure the m365 tenant.

The main downside is that it took our IT team about a year to get around to implementing some custom AD fields to sync with Exclaimer, but the system is flexible enough that we were able to move forward with more manual methods until the dev work was completed.

I like the fact you can very quickly have a signature up and running and applied to all users very quickly to get your started. As you become more familiar with the product its very easy to add more signatures and more complicated signatures to really stand out and collect customer feedback if needed.

As of late we're having issues with formatting the text. When  changing text to a different font or colour it keeps changing back to the default for example. When formatting the text in Word and then pasting it in the webUI it usually works.

Analytics re-writes url's in your signature, to track the clicks, which I understand, but I can't enable/disable this myself, and have to open a ticket to manage.

Also Exclaimer has the option to integrate leaving feedback in the signatures, but this lacks customization for us and we decided not to implement this option in the end.

I like having the option for the add-in, update agent or server side or even deploying a combination to statisfy the customer.

Exclaimer is great as it allows you to create visually beautiful and informative email signatures without having to code.

Had a few minor issues with the setup, which was down to Microsoft but exclaimer showed us what to correct. Since new staff added automatically and getting standardised signature, have had to apply multiple versions since and it is so simple.

We attend a lot of events each year and change our email signatures accordingly, especially the banner, to advertise those events.
