Basic

I downloaded and could not get access both with my computer nor with my phone to the downloaded app.

I advise do not pay any amount to TRESORIT, because you don’t get refund if it is not working.

Consultant

Supports collaboration well in that multiple users can access the same folders and files, and the check-out function is handy in ensuring that user / versioning conflicts are avoided and minimised.

Principle Paraplanner

I also need a service that allows me to share data and documents with clients and colleagues.

BI Analyst

Internal use is easy, but giving someone who is not part of our org access on a temporary basis is more difficult (they need to set up an account which is tedious - no 'temporary pass' function)

Web Developer

For me, its most useful feature is that I can deploy it seamlessly on various different platforms and operating systems with the added benefit of all data being encrypted on every device.

Staff Attorney

Tresorit offers a great platform for storing documents in the cloud and allowing members from our team to access documents across the office, whether they are in office or working remotely.

My clients do not need a tresorit account for me to send them confidential files or documents.

Graphic Design

Finally, Tresorit offers reliable customer support, so you can always find the help and guidance you need when you have a query.

Easy to access the data and good to know it's being kept secure.

Prof. Dr.

Everything works as expected and even more: Tresorit was selected by Swiss Postale service, what underlines it's quality.

Tresorit has an end-to-end encryption, ensuring the utmost security of your data.

They also have a quick consumer support that will help you in any problem you encounter.

Using tresorit i noticed it is reliable and secure cloud storage platform.

Team management / permissioning was easy (access controls easy to set up)Works just like a folder in Windows - very convenient to use.

Senior Solutions Architect

Here, I'd love seeing Tresorit coming up with a solution that let me retrieve the photos from my backup on an external / 3PP solution such as a CMS.

Software Developer

As an additional bonus (not the main reason for use), it is convenient to access copies of all important data from all over the world (copies of passport, id, insurance and tax documents...)

Ingénieur

This software is impeccable ,I manage to keep my information without the risk of losing it.

Secure backup and file sync and share across multiple devices is easily solved with Tresorit.

No system is perfect but Tresorit is getting close and it is being improved constantly.

Dir. of the board

Being an accounting firm with detailed information about our customers we needed a safe and secure storage place. As we have 2 offices, I can use the data from the TRESORIT as a cloud on both maschines.

Tresorit is the central storage point for all my business (and private) data, especially

Product consultant

Secure file storage with good iOS and macOS file system integration.

IT Assistant

I don't know if the UI looks "traditional" only for Linux, but the common competition has a more polished design.

Developer

I can put my apache localhost folder inside the folders that tresorit syncronises and be able to use php+mysql while tresorit is running (can't do it with onedrive)

Student

I have been using cloud storage almost all the time for data backup purposes so far, and one-way synchronization (from my computer to the cloud storage) is the solution I had been looking for.

I would only see the UI as a "weak point" of the software that might cause some customers to find alternatives.

Creative Director

It almost seems as if it's having to download the file to my system before it lets me see what it is.

Only thing I am missing as a Premium user is the "File Request" function (to receive large files securely from others) and possibly some more control on who sees the files you share.

Senior Consultant

I was looking for an easy to use, reliable solution for cloud storage and synchronisation across various devices; having experienced problems with other vendors I came across Tresorit and have not regretted the move ever since

retired

I'm not shure that in case of a coding or a destroying of my files resulting of a computer attack would not be immediately converted into coded or destroyed files in your computer with as result that it would be impossible to recover my data from Tresorit.

Sharing of sub-folder can be better if was possibile like a tresor folder

Professor

The file and folder sharing folder option makes life much easier.

Web UI (especially photo viewer) could be improved

Software Engineer

Sync between PCs and colleagues, share via file and folder links even to users without Tresorit or without any Tresorit knowledge.

The notification tray icon menu got back the managed C# .NET context menu, which is a bit slower and has a less native feeling.

Easy to use, automatic backup and file sync just works, selective sync is very useful in certain cases.

Energy Assessor

Real time synchronization provides constant reassurance I always have a copy in the cloud that I can also access from anywhere.

3d generalist

flexible file pathing, fine grained selective syncing and directory selection along with rock solid reliability.

Encrypting and backing up your data in a safe place.

President

Updates takes some time and synchronization

The feature that convinced me the most is the smooth Linux integration.

assistant professor

But it comes with a price (it is about 10 times as expensive as Dropbox, if you reckon in terms of Gbs). And you cannot access Tresorit through Webdav, so not through external clients.

Sharing between workstations via sync, and sharing files and folders with external contractors, companies or individuals.

When you access a file on another computer, then the one where your original data is stored on, there is always a little delay for the files to open.

Together with regular on-site backup this combination gives the business assurance that valuabel documents remain secure and ewasily accessible

We have had no issues with security and we trust that our information is safe in the cloud.
