So in short, easy to use given everything is working correctly however customer service DOES NOT resolve the issues they claim to and apparently even if you do a "free trial" of any features, you're still going to get charged and then it's going to take MONTHS of back and forth to get the charges removed. And there is still no guarantee that they have been.

With Weave, it's just a nightmare with the customer service and support. And guess what, any settings or setup you want to change, you only have to go through their customer support because whenever you make changes from their web portal, none of it gets actually reflected.

The UNRELIABLE service, the fact that my texting capability got hacked and then Weave had ME resolve it with filling out forms and couldn't guarantee it wouldn't happen again, and the POOR customer service (had to wait a LONG time to even get anyone on the phone, then was often told "oh, that's not my department" and then I would get a help article emailed to me (which is the same help article I had access to with a quick search before I reached out to support).

It only sends texts to designated cell phones, not just a number listed as "Main" unless you want multiple numbers from the same household to receive texts, which our clients have not been happy about.

When we attempted to contact them to find out what was going on (because we didn't know they were porting our number that day), we were told no port was happening, only to be contacted hours later after the port was completed by the very person we'd been trying to get ahold of all day, stating that the port was complete.

Being able to pick and choose which services we want is amazing rather than having to pay for a steep package price with lots of features we don't need.

It sometimes is confusing to me, seeing how it sends messages to patients that we rescheduled so I can see how it would be confusing to our elderly patients thanking them for coming in when we rescheduled their appointment.
