Pros

Fast webmail, email functionality works great, Clean interface and easy to use. Also has the calendar and portfolio features which is great addons.
Thanks to Zimbra I have been able to keep better communication with my teammates and at the same time I have improved my ability to plan thanks to the tools that this software has.
One thing I absolutely love about Zimbra is the ability to set it up in Outlook. This gives me the collaboration within my team using Zimbra and the features I've come to love in Outlook.

Pros

I enjoy the ease of navigation with Gsuite. I enjoy features like the calendar, tasks, and there are a lot of other features like chats that I haven't even used.
Also had great interaction with the customer service folks at Google to help transfer our emails from one server to theirs. Smooth transaction, and so far very pleased.
Forms was super helpful when I was working at a non-profit. Clients could fill out all their info and the analytics were immensely helpful.

Cons

The update processes are complex, since they must be done in a controlled environment, because they can produce an error and place the entire service offline.
User interface should be more eye catchy. Sometimes, we face trouble sending emails and page needs to be refreshed.
Despite all pluses, the service still demands some basic IT skills. Thirdly, there might be some problems with data export and back up, because the software depends on servers.

Cons

Creating unlimited amount of data always been struggle in the past and will take huge amount of time if not failed. With google cloud, this problem no longer persist.
Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
You can cancel your service, be said that there's no invoice for now, then get billed for that month a week after cancelling and be unable to get an invoice because the account is already deleted.
