What I like the best about Zimbra are its splendid storage volume and the mobile version. Our colleague has access to emails even when they are traveling or away from the office.

The update processes are complex, since they must be done in a controlled environment, because they can produce an error and place the entire service offline.

Hard to customize the installation, lost data when I needed to migrate to another server. The API uses XML-RPC which is not easy to use, JSON is a lot easier.

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.

Pros

Keeps track of all my leads and sales funnel. Likes the feature that it is filling in data for me as it saves me a ton of time.

Cons

The reporting features are very expensive. Collaboration with peers is still not as developed as Salesforce.

CRM & sales automation suitable for SaaS startups

We've switched to Hubspot from Salesforce, and it's been a huge difference: time to ramp up new sales employees reduced significantly, easy to use interface and out of the box integration with G Suite. Even the free version (let alone paid one) provides great toolkit for technology startups and early stage companies to build from the ground up sales and inbound marketing processes at affordable price.

Pros

- Lots of features, that are added to the plaform with each update; - Great synergy of tools that help to capture leads (via schedule call functionality), follow up (templates, sequences, analytics) and drive deals (deals tracker, tasks, smart data collection); - Integration with G Suite; - Powerful dashboards & filters.

Cons

- Integration with G Suite sometimes "falls off" and gets automatically fixed after contacting support.

It integrated very well well with Gmail and also G suite it was a big win for us

Pros

Sign up forms- once your visitor opted in their information into your sign up forms. You are able to send them a welcoming automated email. What I like the most about hubspot is the drag and drop system it makes things easier if you're setting up your campaign. You are also get an Amazing emails template to drag and drop and customize it give them your personal touch. Hubspots also give the stats on how your emails campaigns are performing. The power to see the report and analytics. It also allows you to using your own business domain. It is s very easy to use even if you are a newbie. They give you a free training on how set up everything as soon you are signing up

Cons

So far for me and my team we don't see any problem with hubspot. if ever there problem I would have been honest about it.

Buggy: team restrictions don't work. You can still see leads through reports dashboard. Therefore we can't use it for clients in medical.

FREE PRODUCT! It doesn't get better than that. A great CRM, fully functional, for free! The analytical tools that make it absolutely awesome are not free, but totally worth the investment. It's as easy as getting the account and start using it! You can put your business up to speed in no time, and they provide all necessary training and certification to have your staff using the CRM at the maximum of its possibilities.

Cons

The jump from CRM to a fully functional Online Marketing tool is steep in price. However, you immediately notice how powerful the full suite is

Easy to learn

Overall, Hubspot has been a great asset to my business. I've been able to track leads, make contact in good time and close deals. All of which was foreign to me before Hubspot.

Pros

Hubspot does extremely well when it comes to training their users on how to use their product suite with more efficacy.

Cons

The dashboard and CRM panel can get messy quickly if I don't keep my data clean. It would be great to be able to opt-in for a more simplified view.

HubSpot for sales isn't ideal, but it works

The overall experience using Hubspot is alright, once you get past the (painful) learning period. It's really comfortable how smooth it is to collaborate with our marketing department, and I think the whole lead generation team in our company is quite happy with the platform. I personally, from the point of view of a salesperson, would prefer a salesforce type of solution over this, but I manage with it.

Pros

Email tracking is fluent, the collaboration between our marketing and sales departments work really smoothly on Hubspot.

Cons

I find Hubspot lacking a lot of key features for a sales department, the whole structure of contacts and companies is obviously directed to marketing departments instead of sales departments. I'm used to salesforce, and without a doubt would always pick salesforce over Hubspot due to the whole structure of information, accounts, contacts, lead funnels, pipes.. everything regarding the use of the tool strictly from a sales rep's or sales exec's point of view.

It is a great tool for SaaS marketing and sales. Saves time, delivers valuable data, Supports effective sales and marketing collaboration

Pros

Best for digital inbound marketing. Tracking sources and digital journey of contacts is easy and brings value. Lead qualifying process is smooth too. Reports are easy to build. Email marketing is easy to perform.

Cons

Just when it comes to editing many contacts it is is time consuming, since “table editong” is not present and each contact needs to be opened.

Great CRM for Small to Medium sized businesses

Overall I like Hubspot CRM - it has really automated a lot of manual processes that can eat time during the workday. It makes data entry much more streamlined and can be easily integrated with other software platforms.

Pros

That it is integrated tightly with Hubspot's marketing and web hosting platforms. This makes it easy to for information about prospects, leads, and customers (web activity, interactions, etc.) to be leveraged by CRM users. I also really like the API, which is easy to use to integrate Hubspot with other SaaS products like PandaDoc (which also has a native integration) to populate things like quote information into a deal. Lastly, I really like how integrated Hubspot is with Google mail (for email tracking, updating contacts, etc.) and the google suite of collaboration tools.

Cons

The reporting features that don't require a purchase of the reporting add-on could definitely be improved.

HubSpot offers everything under the sun for a CRM, and a suite of integrations to help you fill in the gaps where needed.

Cons

It can be a little overwhelming, and expensive for smaller teams. Don't recommend "trying this out" unless you have a clear path and budget on a larger scale.

HubSpot Makes Selling and Collaboration Easy!

Great so far! Has increased collaboration and touch points of leads and accounts due to ease of use and accessibility to all users.

Pros

I love that the CRM comes free with any of the other resources. I originally purchases the sales engagement package and storing and sending emails and templates from outlook is so easy, and makes it easy to collaborate and get feedback from others. The CRM is easy to use and I love that it has a Persona section, this is the new way marketing and sales are headed.

Cons

Sometimes the add-in causes my outlook to crash. This may be an issue with my computer or the program. The customer care also is not good for my subscription, only chat no phone.

Overall it has been a positive experience. HubSpot has provided key analytics on site traffic, email marketing, and user engagement that have informed many business decisions for an increasingly positive ROI.

Pros

HubSpot is the gold standard for Customer Relationship Management software. Their suite includes almost every feature you can imagine and provides a great alternative to cobbling together dozens of other softwares.

Cons

It's a total build-up joint. You may start with one product, but HubSpot has done an excellent job of fragmenting key features between their sales, marketing, and support platforms such that you quickly arrive at a point where you must either try to integrate outside software or spend several thousand dollars more to add the other HubSpot platforms to your account.

The go-to option for Sales & Marketing automation

HubSpot is awesome. We moved to it from SharpSpring for our agency and prefer it over more expensive solutions like Marketo, etc.

Pros

The ability to span across an entire organization, not just what it's capable of delivering for the sales team. Collaboration for Sales & Marketing is key in today's environment.

Cons

Not much to detract from HubSpot other than the fact that the starter tier doesn't offer automation. At that level, it's pretty much a repository for contacts with some task and pipeline management. Which is fine if you only care about the CRM side. However, the power of HS is in it's ability to be a force multiplier across departments.

An exceptional CRM. There is a reason why it stands out as the leading CRM tool for SMBs. Value for money can get a little expensive. However, it probes worthy after using the extensive suite of features.

Pros

Hubspot is effortless to set up and intuitive to use. It counts with a vast array of features although it doesn't get overly complicated. Its B2B library is extensive and you can find plentiful resources to learn about B2B sales and marketing

Cons

I wished its automation and reporting tools were more developed. The workflow feature does provide automation capabilities, however after entering into some depth, it eventually falls short.

Building custom reports and getting the exact data you want can sometimes be confusing for someone not overly familiar with data science.
