The other thing is that when you are creating an assembly, there is a design structure based on when you put the part into the assembly.

It also has infinite customization options to help with workflow.

I also like the cable routing application as it makes modeling wire super easy.

Because of having a rich variety of features, it becomes difficult for a new user to learn it easily as compared to other CAD tools like SolidWorks.

I use it primarily for sheet metal and have found it somewhat lacking.

Creo provides not only simulation but also analytical tools that help every member of a product team do their jobs and understand the product being worked on.

The restrictive nature of the CAD package and some quirks with its part and body modelling can make it unintuitive and confusing.

Unlike other CAD software the user interface is very straight forward and doesn't require the user to have used the products for years to be able to use.

Also, the rendering is good but not the best. And it has a great user interface with easy and clear grouping.

Creo Parametric itself is a good package and requires Windchill -- however, Windchill PMS leaves a lot to be desired.

It requires large and high speed internet to work with Creo.

I used the software to model the complex 5-speed transmission gearbox.

Continual crashes, printer problems at almost every update (Inventor and Windows), networks, both local and external, with the usual Autodesk problems (We are Inventor users since version R3), bloatware starting to creep in,  and too expensive.

I particularly use it for creating designs for fabrication to send to third party contractors and it always helps the iberall design procedure.

Through this program I have been able to make three-dimensional models for real products, thanks to its CAD tools, it has been possible to create parts easily, you start sketching and end up creating complex parts with great detail and accurate measurements. Although at first it may seem a little difficult to understand because of the complexity of its tools, with practice it becomes easy to use, certainly a software that is very useful.

The ability to turnnideas into an easily viewable 3D part is incredible.

Being a specialized software it has a relatively high cost, this together with its high requirements plus its high learning curve is a high barrier to access it, so it tends to have certain features that could make it very complex for some users.
