It has provided us with tremendous flexibility in project management, and we have avoided many of the pitfalls that we were previously prone to. We have also simplified many unnecessary procedures, which has had a positive impact on all project management processes and saved us a significant amount of time and effort.
e-Builder Enterprise's effective management of all papers, reports and project members' communications on the cloud allows all team members and stakeholders to stay updated and informed of the project's progress. Having all project management tools in one place streamlines procedures and saves time, as most difficulties are resolved quickly. I like how e-Builder Enterprise reports include all project management activities and display the overall business status of the project, completion percentages, financial elements, and much more. I like how e-Builder Enterprise functions as a database for all project submissions, allowing you to simply access or track them. We can use e-Builder Enterprise to organize submissions, requests for information, meeting minutes, and much more, allowing us to work more efficiently as a team.
The fact that it is connected to the cloud and has a fantastic user interface, I don't believe there are any negative aspects or technical issues. It all depends on the work team and how well they collaborate in order to take full advantage of all of the fantastic tools available in e-Builder Enterprise.

Tracking processes, Change Orders, looking for stored documents, managing invoices, etc.
Not easy to use at all. Many issues may be due to the implementation and not you. The owner of the enterprise is Broward County Public Schools, so I really don't know if the issues are due to you, or to the owner.
When I want to export a list into Excel, its easy to do. BUT...if the list goes over to another page, then I have to go to the second page, and generate ANOTHER spreadsheet. Then I have two spreadsheets with identical name that I have to consolidate.Also, When I print an attachment (and by print it can be show as a pdf or word document, E-Builder does not keep the name of the document and gives it a generic name. If I have several of those PDFs open, I don't know which is which.I only understand about 10% of the software capabilities. Not user-friendly AT ALL. It is absolutely counter-intuitive to do anything, and training here is exceedingly poor.I like to produce charts. I've tried to self learn how to do so. Impossible.I see there is something like a Dashboard. This would be so useful to customize so as to have a lot of important information on a single screen or report, but it has been impossible for me to get ahead on this.

Previously, our company relied on paper, scanned documents and e-mail. Slowly but surely we are transferring all of our business processes for the entire enterprise made up of approximately 12 divisions into e-Builder. Several processes including procurement, invoice requests, budget requests, change requests, contingency transfers, etc. have all been successfully rolled out and are being maintained in the system while we expand to other departments like Admin & HR, Operations, Facilities, Business & Revenue, Technology, etc. as we continue to develop the software as an enterprise warehouse for all our business needs.
Functionality and ease of use not only for end-users but especially for the client system admins. Whether it's setting up projects, users, roles, processes, reports, dashboards, etc. the navigation and setup for all are intuitive and user friendly that anyone with typical technical skills could successfully use with little to no training or direction.
Though the system is very easy to use and setup, this is mostly because clients to not have access to the hard-coded data. Typically this is not a problem but there are limitations that come up from time to time like the ability to edit/remove standard and default fields or search functionality and options in different modules.

Site works great. Really user friendly. Access to the files that I had to audit were easily accessible and easy to maneuver through. The E-Builder Enterprise server is fast and takes you to your site in the instant that you click the icon.

I can state with confidence that e-Builder Enterprise has changed the game for my business based on my overall experiences with it. I use e-Builder Enterprise as a project manager to optimize and declutter our project management procedures. I can use the program with ease and get the information I need thanks to its user-friendly design and intuitive layout. The platform's extensive capabilities, including budget monitoring, document management, and change order management, have significantly increased our project execution efficiency and accuracy. It has been quite convenient for me to use the mobile app to access and manage projects from anywhere, especially while I'm out in the field. When I've had any problems, e-Builder Enterprise's customer service has also been outstanding, with quick replies and beneficial advice. Overall, e-Builder Enterprise has completely changed how we handle project management, and I heartily endorse it to any business in need of a complete and dependable project management solution.
My favorite aspect of using e-Builder Enterprise is its extensive and potent collection of project management options. I can precisely monitor project spending and guarantee financial transparency thanks to the software's strong budget monitoring and task pricing features. The ability to access information and manage projects while on the road makes the mobile access function stand out as well. The difficulty of the user interface and navigation was the aspect of e-Builder Enterprise that I liked the least. It was difficult for me as a user to find certain features and rapidly get the data I required. To improve user experience and shorten the learning curve for new users, the platform may need a more simple-to-use UI.

Provides owners of large capital programs with the ability to manage the entire project lifecycle, from project request through closeout and turnover. Financial, Document Management and Workflow modules are excellent. Integrates well with enterprise financial systems and space management applications. Business Intelligence (BI) reporting provides more options for customized reporting.
The Capital Planning module could better align with the needs of owners with large multi-year capital programs. The Schedule module is being enhanced, which is long overdue.

e-Builder We use it to keep track of project documentation, invoicing, and reports. It also attempted to increase team communication.
The collaborative feature of e-Builder Enterprise allowed us to efficiently manage the project contract, save all contract documents in an organized manner, and retrieve them when needed, as well as generate status reports that show the status of all documents, what was answered, when, and who is still stuck. Thus, e-Builder is a construction project management software that covers all aspects of a construction project, from planning to delivery. I prefer the start interface since it is clear and complete with all the tools I need, and the tabs make it easy to switch between functions. I loved the organized and comprehensive reports we can issue with him.
Not many negatives, as the e-Builder is easy to use, but to achieve the expected results from its use, it depends on the work team. efficiently.

This software is ideal for traders and assembly builder which can unitized 100% of features but it partially support manufacturing unit.
The customization of purchase bill is not permitted which limits it to utilize in those industries which required most report of purchase base.

Foi o melhor aplicativo que achei para controle de caixa e receita. Recomendo pra quem tem empresa pequenas e até autônomos que procuram um aplicativo fácil de usar e ter controle de suas finanças.
A facilidade em registrar as informações de ganhos e gastos diários, a visualização mensal e semanal do seu controle de ganhos e gastos. O registro de informações super fácil e a visualização estatística de controle de ganhos.
Acho o preço dos pacotes muito caros, gostaria que tivesse mais opções de pacotes mais em conta pra quem não quer usar todos os recursos que ele proporciona e só quer usar o básico como controle de caixa.

Posso tenere traccia delle mie spese, vendite, inventari, rapporti finanziari
Per un'azienda di piccole e medie dimensioni si può avere un sistema di contabilità e inventario facile da usare, tutto in uno. Alcuni di questi rapporti che sono molto vitali per un imprenditore sono rapporti giornalieri / settimanali / mensili e persino rapporti annuali sulle vendite, rapporti relativi all'inventario, rapporti sulle spese, contabilità fornitori e crediti, banche e molti altri.
Personalmente, preferirei che la personalizzazione dei moduli fosse più flessibile dove l'utente può avere più controllo. In una precedente azienda in cui ho lavorato, ho raggiunto il numero massimo di articoli, quindi mi sono trovato di fronte all'eliminazione di alcuni articoli e quegli articoli avevano transazioni ad essi collegate. Concludendo, suggerisco a Intuit di aumentare la dimensione massima dell'azienda perché nella mia esperienza, quando ho raggiunto la dimensione massima del file aziendale, il sistema è rimasto completamente indietro.

It is GST ready here in India GST is big challenge for all companies. This good software for all mid-size organization. It is cloud base application you install offline application on your desktop also.
There are many reports in to software but there should be option of report builder so that user can build report of his choice.Also it is not integrated with some Indian bank.

Ease of use. Allows me to e-mail invoices. Integrates with the Intuit Credit Card processing allowing to accept credit cards directly from e-mailed invoices.
Unable to fully customize invoices the way I like. Moving from screen to screen is a bit slow, even with high end broadband service. Does not have all the bells and whistles of the desktop version.
Hello Mark! Good news! We are testing Import Style in QuickBooks Labs. This feature will allow you to upload your own invoice design. While signed into your QuickBooks account, click the Gear in the upper-right corner > under You Company, click QuickBooks Labs > move the slider for Import Style to On and give it a whirl! Very user friendly, can view the information you need all in one place using the vendor center or customer center. Find Transaction is very robust and easy to use. Report builder/custom formatting is complex but still intuitive.
Too easy to change transactions that have been reconciled, not enough audit functions in place.
