Easy Takeoffs is easy and affordable construction takeoff software that helps contractors and estimators get from PDF plans to material quantities without the bloat. Users measure, count, and mark up drawings in imperial or metric units, organize the work into named color groups with live totals, and reuse their setups on the next job with tool sets and assemblies. On vector PDFs, points snap to the lines of the drawing for precise placement. Dozens of included assemblies cover trades such as concrete, framing, drywall, roofing, flooring, and painting, and custom assemblies can be built with each contractor's own materials, waste factors, rounding, and formulas. Practical AI features like automatic sheet naming, scale detection, and symbol counting reduce manual setup, and plan search reads text across every sheet, including scanned pages. Plan sets upload as PDFs of up to 1 GB each, several PDFs can be combined during upload, and storage is unlimited. When drawings change, users compare the revision with the current set, carry their measurements over, and export an annotated PDF with a quantity summary or a CSV file for Excel or estimating software.
