The proposals and invoicing are seamless. I also use the time stopwatch for clocking freelance hours which seamlessly translate to an invoice for billing which is amazing.

But the automatic responses are irritating as they continue to ask you to respond when that's already be done. The program doesn't follow through as you move through the process.

Handoff is easy to use and saves me hours when doing estimates. I can be more confident in my estimates and get back to clients sooner to win more jobs.

Ve been very impressed. The estimates are far easier to get out to customers i also love the proposals that are generated.

Had some glitches early on where I lost everything and had to start over.

Good so far… Hand off representatives have bee very helpful and respond quickly.

Definitely going to bee using it if I can afford it!!! Works better than the last I had could get any customer service.
