The proposals and invoicing are seamless. I also use the time stopwatch for clocking freelance hours which seamlessly translate to an invoice for billing which is amazing.

But the automatic responses are irritating as they continue to ask you to respond when that's already be done. The program doesn't follow through as you move through the process.

In general we like the product and we hope that it always stays at the forefront of technology for the benefit of all.

They generally just say, we have never seen that happen before and blame something else non related for the problem. It will always be your fault if the program comes up with any errors.

Viewpoint regularly engages its users to monitor their satisfaction with the product. The support team is willing to assist with any issues that develop and show a true willingness to help.

We have been very satisfied with Maxwell Systems, their support is top of the line. Mary Heinze is our account rep and she has been very good at helping us with all of our needs.

We have been very happy with the ease of use, the ability to customize the bidding process for our business, material pricing updates and its multiple data base ability.

My personal opinion is that the Maxwell product is an excellent product for it's purpose - a quick, accurate way to obtain a bid. Just stick with this ideology, and you will be just fine.

Were very happy with product and have noticed your customer support system has improved greatly.

Their costumer support is not professorial enough and their usual respond: "post your complain on our site" - problem solved. We have three users for Estimation program.

It will convert the pdf's to a lower quality drawing and convert it to black and white which is horrible. It will crash if you import CAD files too big and lag significantly for medium size cad files.

I'm fairly new to the estimation world and this program is easy to use and understand. If there are questions the customer support is excellent.

It will never be updated with anything useful. It will make errors randomly and give you the wrong results.

Although "phantom" pick points still plague OST, it is still a viable option in these situations or when printas are "unscaled" or hard copy prints are not feasable.
