Controller

I have a recurring monthly meeting with my support team member, and I leave every meeting once a month feeling like inspired to look into something new to inspire time savings, which is really awesome.

Accounting

The knowledge base is very helpful for any questions I may have and the feedback from both customers and Premier Staff on those issues is very helpful.

Premier makes it easy to create, track, and send RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, submittals, and subcontract agreements across one or all your jobs to one or multiple parties

Having project accounting and project management teams collaborating on the same platform helps align the field and the office, reducing miscommunication, improving cost and project tracking, and enhancing approval processes within one unified system.

Fractional CFO to Multiple Five to Fifty Million Per Annum Contractors

Premier Construction Software is a reliable source of truth — with no middlemen data agents, it is a native financial & PM ERP with all-in-one capabilities.

Managing Partner

It's ability to access accounting and job costing from anywhere you can get an internet connection; and it's ability to manage job costing by project with ease.

Director of Land

you quickly look across the board at different AP invoices, pending, approved, or on hold, and know that when we send the bills at the end of the month, we’ve got an accurate representation of what really happened in the field. When you're relying on more primitive tech... things like cost or time in the field, change orders, that stuff can snowball.

Accounting Manager

The customizable client-facing forms let us tailor information to our clients' needs, and Premier’s reporting tools—like exporting to Excel—have saved us time and increased our capacity.

Project Manager

Its error-prevention features ensure we never miss a change order, and the detailed subcontractor inquiries and job reports help us track progress, forecast accurately, and manage cash flow effectively.

It allows us to properly align invoices with estimates, so costs hit the right buckets without relying on accounting to make judgment calls.

VP, Finance

I especially value the flexibility Premier offers in analyzing different portfolios of information. Whether focusing on specific lines of business or a particular project manager, we can create tailored reports to meet our needs.

One limitation is that Jonas Premier does not currently have the ability to process payroll, which requires using an external system for that function

The impact that the real-time data of Premier has allows us to catch red flags as soon as they happen without having to wait until a quarter end or a month end and that to us is very, very important.

The compliance features ensure payments aren’t processed until requirements are met, reducing errors and streamlining workflows.

This drives collaboration between project managers & accountants, with the visibility to confront the issues head on instead of after the job is complete.

Premier requires real financial leadership to navigate and absorb all of the key features of its product - which is true for any system.

I start with the setup; the team is awesome to support, I focus on the full-cycle accounting side, and it works very well.

Corporate Controller

One of my favorite features is how easily I can drill down into details—if I need to check an invoice, I just click, and it takes me right to it.

Operations Coordinator

We used to log lump sums in Excel without knowing which invoice they came from, then dig through QuickBooks to match them.

There is a few cons to Premier, It tends to lag and log us out without auto saving our data.

We're also starting to bring our inventory online, and Premier’s ability to support a true three-way match will be a huge efficiency gain.

Highly recommended for both accounting and non-accounting professionals to manage not only construction but also pre-development phases.

Controller, HR Manager

It automatically pulls invoices, and if we’re not billing this month, we can easily move it to the next.

global contracts administrator

Out of all softwares i have used in my career, Premeir is the most enhanced and provides real solutions that make my life easier

Director, Performance and Business Intelligence

Before this, we didn’t have the right processes to track our job costing or controlling our budgets, but now we have the tools to do that.

The service is fairly priced, compared to what we were seeing from competitors while shopping around.

What Premier does well for us is integrating both the project management system and financial reporting into one platform.

Job costing is particularly important to me. Since we set up each house as a separate job, I’m constantly in there reviewing job costs, as are our project managers.

What I appreciate most is that Premier continuously improves its software, especially on the project management side — unlike other platforms I’ve used in my 30 years in construction, which rarely evolve.

The phrase "That is so much easier than it used to be" was heard frequently around the office in the months following go-live.

Finance manager

It will be better if we have additional support line number for urgent requests.

Project Accountant

I no longer work 10-15 hour days from the 20th to the 7th of each month, thanks to Premier's more efficient process management.

Accounts Payable Manager

It was a lot of work with a high risk of errors. As our volume grew, we needed a system built for construction, and Premier was the perfect fit.

Overall, Jonas Premier feels like a solution that’s evolving alongside its customers, which adds a lot of long-term value.

Premier makes us more efficient because we’re not spending half our time balancing and ensuring every system has the same information.

Premier's support team is quick to help with even the smallest issues.

Before Premier, everything was manual—QuickBooks for accounting, Excel sheets, and paper-based processes.

Accounting Specialist

Also love that they are always striving to make any improvements needed and staying up to date with current AI or other software.

The integrated signatures and approvals also save time and money, making Premier truly ‘bulletproof.’

The Mobile App is great for staff members who have cards.

Administrative Officer

We also manage a rental property business and having both companies in one system has been a huge convenience.

Additionally, it has cut down my workload by 15-25 hours per week, especially during busy periods.

This helps to maintain accuracy without having to review every transaction manually.

It’s incredibly user-friendly, saves us time, reduces errors, and helps us manage our jobs seamlessly.

Having accurate, up-to-date budget information has been transformative for us.

Senior Contracts Administrator

I truly love project collaboration in Jonas across multiple disciplines.

The ease of uploading and then approving so accounting doesn't have to manually add is GREAT!

Premier has been able to bridge the accounting to the project management to the field.

Senior Technical Designer

I would refer this software to all who seeks to find solution in organizing projects with the amenities of this product.

From standardizing processes to aligning teams, Premier has elevated our entire business.
