General Office Manager

With my role as the general office manager who mainly works in the marketing and customer service department, I use Leap CRM on a daily basis to track leads, set up appointments, capture client records/notes and keep track of analytics.

They make you call them and speak with them directly (extremely difficult to reach them via phone, email or their online chat) to get rid of users. If you don’t know to do this (they won’t tell you outside of fine print), and simply delete one or more of your users yourself without reaching someone to officially request that they also delete the “license”, they’ll just continue charging you without letting you know.
