Repair management functionality is implemented through fully customizable ticket workflows that accommodate diverse repair processes. Technicians configure custom status workflows, dynamic forms, technician assignments, warranty tracking, pickup reminders and service contract management to align with operational requirements. During the reception and diagnostic phase, repair tickets are created, IMEI or serial numbers are recorded, digital customer signatures are captured and device conditions are documented using configurable checklists. The point-of-sale module integrates repair services, parts and device sales into unified transactions and supports promotional pricing rules, digital gift card issuance, coupon application, deposit handling and flexible pricing structures. Inventory control features include IMEI and serial number tracking, purchase order generation, inventory count adjustments, parts ordering for specific repair jobs and automated restock alerts.
Customer relationship management functions deliver automated notifications, rewards program administration, accounts receivable tracking, digital signature capture and a public portal that enables independent customer status tracking. Team management tools provide two hundred granular permissions assignable by role, integrated time clock functionality, commission tracking, internal team chat, appointment scheduling and queue management. Reporting and analytics capabilities include customizable dashboards, daily closing procedures, profit and loss statement generation, technician performance metrics, tax compliance reporting and scheduled data export workflows.
Compatibility with existing hardware infrastructure is maintained through support for standard barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers and label printers. The platform requires only a modern web browser and does not rely on proprietary hardware or specialized equipment. Development and maintenance are performed by Logiciels Cygsoft inc. in Sept-Îles, Quebec. The software complies with Quebec Law twenty five regarding privacy and data protection. The platform operates as a self-contained operational solution without published third party integrations or API documentation.
