Trimble Connect allows organizations to manage and view data in multiple dimensions, create folders and upload files to them, and gain visibility into projects through news feeds, file versioning, or status sharing, among other capabilities. Engineers can leverage construction information and building models to drive decision-making processes and perform quality inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before construction.
Administrators can use Trimble Connect to assign or review tasks and configure access permissions for team members. The software also helps supervisors define user groups, communicate with teams, and track project costs, maintenance requirements, and scheduling operations to manage overall risk.
Trimble Connect offers an open API, which helps businesses integrate the platform with various internal and third-party systems such as SketchUp, ProjectSight, Stabicad, Quadri, Trimble TerraFlex, and more. Other features of the platform include custom reporting, project updates, data visualization, and user management.
