Some other things are smaller: the links get very long as you duplicate appointments and while you can make custom links, we had to make nearly 80 appointment types and didn't have the time to then change the link--it just added a lot of "clone-xxxxxxxx-clone-xxxxxx" and so forth.

It's integrated in our website and our e-mail signature.

Even a non-tech savvy person can set up a few different appointment types.

Easy to set up, easy to use and maintain, and a good value for the features.

That was such a massive benefit to us throughout the process because it allowed for the necessary privacy and security for each of our parent teacher conferences.

I haven't found a way to create a "standard" availability.

Another super small nitpicky one: we couldn't see the titles of each of the meeting types to know who the teacher was.

The customer service ranks among the best I've seen.

The lack of a "pay-what-you-want"  feature in the payment processing is a bummer, especially for non-profits or other organizations that are using Appointlet to schedule for free services, but wouldn't mind a few bucks.

The reminder options could be more robust.

Most of my issues have been user error or not understanding where certain features are, or even knowing that they exist. But that's my fault for not reading the Help and FAQ's and whatnot.
