The only downside Apptoto really has is the algorithm that automatically matches contacts struggles sometimes with names with special characters or more than two capital letters.

We never get the sense that the team was avoiding or ignoring us but rather that they are busy (like most company) but they are also weighing each requests and how it affects other Organizations that are also using the tool.

There are times when the connection may lag or briefly freeze, which can disrupt the flow of a session. While this doesn’t happen constantly, it is something that can be improved, especially for clinicians who rely heavily on telehealth services.

Cost beats other platforms by a lot, customer support is friendly, gets the job done in storing patient records which is my primary need for an EHR.
