The advice given during the initial training session was to introduce a small late payment fee and my goodness this has been revolutionary for my small business. Since joining Tutorbird and doing this,  my invoices are all calculated automatically, go out on time and, more importantly, get paid quickly too.

It has intake forms I can put on my website, it has easy calendar and session booking use and easy invoicing and payroll features.

Still can't figure out the automatic invoicing and how it does not tell me who paid via Stripe and how it does not sync fully to my Google Calendar. When I make a change in my Google calendar, it does not sync with Tutorbird's calendar.

Currently I have to keep checking individual students to see if they have submitted - quite time consuming and confusing- Integration with Convertkit would be great as I have to manually add registrations to convertkit at the moment- More flexibility in registration form.

The main feature I wanted from Tutorbird was the ability to organise all my clients, their details, lessons, notes and emails with automated and quick/comfortable systems (instead of having to slowly input all the details in a spreadsheet, and individually email / bcc clients, which I did for years).

Tutorbird is very user friendly and the customer support is amazing!

That I can receive enquiries, schedule my students, invoice them, and then set it up the invoice automatically and receive the payments as well.

I can access it quickly on my phone or any laptop, it can be tailored to my exact business type, the customer service is phenomenal, they always answer so rapidly and in depth!

It has greatly helped me streamline all of the admin pieces of running a business (tracking attendance, calendar management, lesson reminders to clients, invoicing, parent notes/communication, tracking expenses, and even sending automotive birthday emails to my students!

Currently, any lesson notes sent and any following lesson notes sent for the same lesson is added to the same section and if we send out subsequent lesson notes for that same lesson, everything is consolidated.

You have to use their website building blocks, and there is little you can do outside of what they provide.

I created a website through them, and for the most part, it does everything I need it to.

The user-friendly interface makes scheduling sessions a breeze, and the automated billing system has saved me countless hours of administrative work.
