Pros

The ability to control your calendar is second to none, add that to some great integrations like with Zoom and it is really a great productivity tool. Easily add a widget to any webpage.
I love how easy it is for me to be able to send a link to clients for them to schedule an appointment to speak with me. It's very customizable, and connects seamlessly with Google calendar.
I love this product -- one of the handful I am so happy to pay for. It saves me so much time scheduling meetings, and I love the customization and automation.

Pros

I recommend it to anyone and everyone who facilitates meeting scheduling of any kind. There are comparable tools out there, so in general, I encourage the adoption of this technology as a whole.
This is awesome for our clients to easily schedule through our website. It integrates great with different calendars and our CRM.
You can do almost everything with this product. And the customer support are really great, fast and good answears.

Cons

Disappointed with this and strongly recommend against going down this road. The Outlook integration is broken, the patch does not work.
Honestly cant think of much to dislike. The only thing that comes to mind is that sometimes the app that is supposed to sync my outlook calendar with my Calendly will crash for no reason.
I got a little confused at one point when people were unable to schedule time with me because the time for the appointment was too close to the time of scheduling.

Cons

The software always booked the wrong time. Support was unable to figure out the issue and they would not provide a refund AND were not able to turn off automatic billing.
I can't point to any on thing I dislike about the platform. Digging for invoices each month for an expense report can sometimes be a hassle.
While it has made the normal scheduling of appointments easier, because of the difficulty in dealing with problems, and problems do come up, I'm looking for another provider of this service.

Have used Calendly and OnceHub, and hands down - Calendly wins it for me - so much easier, user friendly and intuitive. I reccomend it to all my clients as well.

Pros

Simple to set up, great integrations, low price point, wonderful features. I love everything about it.

Cons

Would be great if it could integrate with facebook's scheduling options

A good calendar software that's better than nothing, though a bit enterprise'y

Pros

A great calendar management tool compared to sending emails and asking people if a set of times "works for them". Just send them a link and they can pick a time that works from your calendar. Compared to the email route, ScheduleOnce is incredible, and I used it for years.

Cons

Calendly has entered the marketplace with a product that is more user-friendly, more human, and has a great free plan (whereas ScheduleOnce has no free plan). When putting these two side by side, Calendly wins on all fronts, which makes ScheduleOnce irrelevant for me, personally.

Great tool overall, does what it needs to do.

Pros

SO is great for more complex appointment scheduling needs (ex. allowing prospects to book in with a multi-person sales team and distribute calls evenly between team members).

Cons

Page can be a bit slow to load at times, and SO overall is a bit less intuitive to use than alternatives like Calendly. You get more functionality though, so worth it in some situations.

Sorry Schedule Once... Calendly wins.

We wanted a good online scheduling platform for both existing and potential clients so we gave Schedule Once a shot... It was very cumbersome and lagging compared to Calendly - which we now use for all of our internal and external online scheduling.

Pros

It's really nice once you set everything up - kind of sort of...

Cons

It's not very user friendly in setting up and connecting all of your calendars - and their support is slow to respond even after you've paid for an account. It's like they didn't even listen to what the problem was we were having.

Can't seem to get the hang of it

Often times, when a unique appointment type is needed, I have found myself forgoing the use of ScheduleOnce and taking the old fashioned back and forth method of scheduling simply because I know it is going to take me longer to configure a new appointment type to offer. At some point, I suspect we will be making the switch to Calendly

Pros

It seems to have many different event types and configurations available to offer clients and prospects

Cons

It has been, at least for me, extremely difficult to figure out and configure appropriately. I feel like we are constantly having people schedule at times that we thought were blocked off, or worse, not seeing an option at all!
