What is CashManager by Accomplish?
CashManager is an online and desktop accounting system designed to help business owners and accountants manage company finances, with tools for quoting, invoicing, bank reconciliation, managing GST/sales tax, reporting, and more. Transactions can be entered manually, uploaded via CSV, or automatically imported through EziFeed, and GST returns are generated automatically. Quotes and invoices can be created from customizable templates, and recurring invoicing, creation of quotes from existing invoices, and conversion of accepted quotes into one-off or recurring invoices are also supported.
Inventory items can be added to CashManager to reduce data entry when creating quotes and invoices, which also allows users to track stock quantities, value, sales, and profitability. Bills can be entered, recorded, and paid electronically in batches. Income and expense tracking, unlimited budgets, and financial reporting aim to keep users informed of business performance and aware of any potential shortfall.
